امکان‌سنجی بین‌المللی‌ شدن برنامه درسی رشته‌ی علوم تربیتی در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی

هدف از این پژوهش بررسی امکان‌سنجی بین‌المللی‌سازی برنامه‌ی درسی رشته‌ی علوم تربیتی در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی می‌باشد. پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه‌ی آماری شامل 101 نفر از اعضاء هیات علمی رشته‌ی علوم تربیتی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی در شهرهای تهران و کرج بود که به دلیل تعداد محدود، کلیه‌ی افراد بعنوان نمونه در نظر گرفته شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه‌ی محقق‌ساخته با 70 سوال می‌باشد که ابعاد 13 گانه‌ (فناوری‌های نوین، پژوهشی، طراحی برنامه‌ی درسی، منابع و محتوای آموزشی، روش تدریس، ارزشیابی، زبان ارتباطی، منابع مالی، منابع انسانی، همکاری‌های بین‌المللی، سازگاری فرهنگی، نگرشی به بین‌المللی‌سازی برنامه‌ی درسی، سازمان‌دهی و مدیریت اجرایی) را شامل می‌شود. روایی محتوایی و صوری با استفاده از نظر 5 نفر از متخصصین موضوعی تائید و پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 0.869 محاسبه شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که بین‌المللی‌سازی برنامه‌ی درسی رشته‌ی علوم تربیتی در دانشگاه آزاد در همه‌ی ابعاد با مشکلات عدیده‌ای روبرو است و نیازمند راهکارهای ساختاری و نهادی و آموزشی می‌باشد که با رعایت استانداردها و تامین زیرساخت‌ها و تجهیزات مختلف می‌توان تا حدودی این مشکلات را مرتفع ساخت.

feasibility of internationalizing of educational science curriculum in islamic azad university

the purpose of this study is to investigate the feasibility of internationalizing of educational sciences curriculum in islamic azad university. it is applied in terms of purpose and survey in terms of descriptive method. the statistical population consisted of 101 faculty members of  educational sciences department of the islamic azad university in the cities of tehran and karaj. due to the limited number of the population, all individuals were considered as a sample. the data collection tool is a researcher-made questionnaire with 70 questions that has 13 dimensions (new technologies, research, curriculum design, educational resources and content, teaching methods, evaluation, communication language, financial resources, human resources, international cooperation, cultural compatibility,  an approach to internationalization of the curriculum and  organization and executive management). content and face validity were confirmed using 5 subject matter experts’ opinions and the reliability of the questionnaire was calculated using cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 0.97. findings show that the internationalization of educational science curriculum in azad university faces many problems in all dimensions and requires structural, institutional and educational solutions that can be partially solved by observing standards and providing various infrastructure and equipment.
