بررسی چالش‌ها و مشکلات آموزش مجازی از نظر معلمان و مدیران مدارس ابتدایی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی چالش‌ها و مشکلات آموزش مجازی از نظر معلمان و مدیران مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان دهاقان انجام شد. روش پژوهش توصیفی- پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه (210=n) معلمان و مدیران مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان دهاقان در سال‌تحصیلی 1400-1399 بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس و بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان تعداد 132 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. به‌منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد که روایی صوری و محتوایی آن توسط پانلی از متخصصان تایید گردید و پایایی آن از طریق روش آلفای کرونباخ 0.76 به‌دست آمد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار)، و استنباطی (ضریب تغییرات cv) و نرم افزار 23 spss استفاده شد. نتایج به‌دست آمده بیانگر آن بود که مدیران آموزش مجازی مشکلات آموزش مجازی را در مولفه‌های فنی، حقوقی، سازمانی و مالی در حد بالایی ارزیابی کرده‌اند، در حالی که مشکلات آموزش مجازی در مولفه‌های فرهنگی، شناختی، اجرایی، آموزشی را در حد متوسط ارزیابی نموده‌اند. در نهایت می‌توان گفت، هوشمندسازی مدارس، نیازمند توجه بیشتری از سوی معلمان و مدیران در سازمان آموزش و پرورش است.

investigating the challenges and problems of virtual education from the perspective of primary school teachers and principals

this study aimed to investigate the challenges and problems of virtual education from the perspective of teachers and primary school principals in dehaghan. the research method was a descriptive survey. the statistical population of the study included all (n = 210) teachers and principals of primary schools in dehaghan city in the academic year 1399-1400, which were selected using the convenience sampling method and based on krejcie and morgan table, 132 people were selected as the sample. to collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire was used, the face and content validity of which was confirmed by a panel of experts, and its reliability was obtained through cronbach’s alpha method of 0.76. descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation), inferential statistics (cv change coefficient), and spss 23 software was used to analyze the data. the results showed that e-learning managers have evaluated the problems of e-learning in technical, legal, organizational, and financial components at a high level, while the problems of e-learning in cultural, cognitive, executive components, have evaluated education as moderate. finally, it can be said that smartening schools requires more attention from teachers and principals in the education organization.
