بهبود مهارت‌های شغلی معلمان ابتدایی مدارس دخترانه شهرستان خمینی‌شهر در بستر یادگیری الکترونیکی

هدف این تحقیق بررسی بهبود مهارت های شغلی معلمان در بستر یادگیری الکترونیکی بود. روش پژوهش برحسب هدف، کاربردی و برحسب روش گردآوری داده ها و یا ماهیت پژوهش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر، شامل تمام معلمان ابتدایی مدارس دخترانه شهرستان خمینی‌شهر استان اصفهان به تعداد 350 نفر بوده و از میان ایشان، با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، تعداد 185 نفر به‌عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. روش نمونه‌گیری در این پژوهش، طبقه‌ای نسبتی بود. ابزار مورد استفاده شامل دو پرسشنامه یادگیری الکترونیکی واتکین و همکاران (2004) و بهبود مهارت‌های شغلی (محقق ساخته) بود. روایی و پایایی ابزارها مورد سنجش قرار گرفت و مورد تایید واقع شد. تجزیه ‌و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون گروهی با استفاده از نرمافزار spss-21 و مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار lisrel-v8.80 استفاده گردید. نتایج حاصل از یافته‌های پژوهش نشان دادند که یادگیری الکترونیکی، همبستگی مثبت با مهارت شغلی دارد. می‌توان چنین نتیجه گرفت که فرضیه تاثیرگذاری یادگیری الکترونیکی بر مهارت شغلی پذیرفته می‌شود.

improving the job skills of primary school teachers in khomeini shahr girls in the context of e-learning

the purpose of this study was to investigate the improvement of teachers’ job skills in the context of e-learning. the research method was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of data collection method or nature of research. the statistical population of the present study included all primary school teachers in khomeini shahr, isfahan province, 350 people, and among them, using cochran’s formula, 185 people were selected as the sample size. the sampling method in this study was stratified random sampling. the instruments used included two e-learning questionnaires by watkin et al. (2004) and improving job skills (researcher-made). the validity and reliability of the instruments were evaluated and confirmed. data were analyzed using pearson correlation test and group regression using spss-21 software and structural equation modeling was used using lisrel-v8.80 software. the results of research findings showed that e-learning has a positive correlation with job skills. it can be concluded that the hypothesis of the effect of e-learning on job skills is accepted.
