تاثیر خودشیفتگی و اختلال شخصیت ضد اجتماعی بر نگرش دانش‌آموزان حسابداری نسبت به اقدامات غیر‌اخلاقی حرفه‌ای (جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه: کلانشهر تبریز)

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطه‌ بین خودشیفتگی، اختلال شخصیت ضد اجتماعی و نگرش دانش‌آموزان نسبت به اقدامات غیر‌اخلاقی حرفه‌ای می‌باشد. این تحقیق از نوع کاربردی بوده و جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانش‌آموزان حسابداری در مقاطع دهم، یازدهم و دوازدهم در کلانشهر تبریز به تعداد 1125 نفر می‌باشد. نمونه آماری پژوهش شامل 289 نفر است که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شده و دوره زمانی سال تحصیلی 1399-1400 است. برای سنجش نگرش نسبت به اقدامات غیر‌اخلاقی و ویژگی اختلال شخصیت ضد اجتماعی، از پرسشنامه استاندارد رجب دُری و همکاران (1397) و برای سنجش ویژگی اختلال شخصیت خودشیفته، از پرسشنامه استاندارد محمدزاده (1388) استفاده شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های تحقیق نیز همبستگی و رگرسیون مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد، بین اختلال شخصیت ضد اجتماعی و نگرش دانش‌آموزان حسابداری، نسبت به اقدامات غیر‌اخلاقی، ارتباط معنادار و مثبتی وجود دارد. همچنین بین خودشیفتگی و نگرش دانش‌آموزان حسابداری، نسبت به اقدامات غیر‌اخلاقی، ارتباط معنادار و منفی وجود دارد.

the effect of narcissism and antisocialpersonality disorder on accounting students’ outlook on professionally unethical behaviors (statistical population under study: metropolitan city of tabriz)

the purpose of the present study is to review the relationship between narcissism, antisocial personality disorder, and the students’ outlook on professionally unethical behaviors. this research is practical and the statistical population consists of all 1125 accounting students of the 10th, 11th, and 12th grade in the metropolitan city of tabriz. the research statistical sample includes 289 students who were chosen by simple random sampling within 2020-2021. for measuring the outlook on unethical behaviors and features of antisocial personality disorder, the standard questionnaire of rajab dorri et al. (2018), and for measuring the feature of narcissist personality disorder, the standard questionnaire of mohammad zādeh (2009) was used. correlation and regression coefficients were used for data analysis and the results showed that there is a significantly positive correlation between antisocial personality disorder and the outlook of accounting students on unethical behaviors. moreover, there is a significantly negative correlation between narcissism and their outlook on unethical behaviors.
