تاثیر توانایی مدیریت بر مخارج تحقیق و توسعه شرکت با تاکید بر نقش تهدیدات رقابتی بازار

هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی تاثیر توانایی مدیریت بر مخارج تحقیق و توسعه، با تاکید بر نقش تهدیدات رقابتی بازار در شرکت‌های پذیرفته‌شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران است. قلمرو مکانی این تحقیق شرکت‌های پذیرفته‌شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران بوده و بازه زمانی مورد مطالعه، سال‌های بین 1390 تا 1398 است. با روش حذف سیستماتیک، تعداد 133 شرکت به‌عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. تحقیق حاضر در گروه تحقیقات کاربردی قرار دارد و از لحاظ روش، از نوع تحقیقات همبستگی محسوب می‌شود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار ایویوز انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که توانایی مدیران بر سرمایه‌‌گذاری در مخارج تحقیق و توسعه تاثیر مستقیم دارد‌‌. همچنین تهدیدات رقابتی بر رابطه بین توانایی مدیران و سرمایه‌گذاری در مخارج تحقیق و توسعه تاثیرگذار است.

the effect of management abilitieson research and development expensesof corporates with an emphasis the roleof market competitive threats

the purpose of the present study is to review the effect of management ability on research and development expenses, with an emphasis on the role of market competitive threats to the corporates accepted in tehran stock exchange. the realm of this research consisted of the accepted corporates in tehran stock exchange and the time period under study was the years between 2011 to 2019. by systematic deletion method, 133 corporates were chosen as the statistical sample. the current research is practical and it is considered as correlational research in terms of methodology. data analysis was conducted by eviews software and the results showed that the managers’ ability has a direct effect on investment in research and development expenses. besides, competitive threats are effective on the correlation between the managers’ ability and investment in research and development expenses.
