جایگاه یابی شعب و دستگاه های خودپرداز بانک تجارت با استفاده از الگوریتم درخت تصمیم

انتخاب مکان بهینه شعب بانک همچنین دستگاه های خودپرداز یکی از مهم ترین تصمیمات در فعالیت های بانکداری است که اثر بسیار زیادی در عملکرد و کارایی بانک ها دارد. مکان استقرار شعب بانک ها و موسسات مالی و همچنین دستگاههای خودپرداز، محرکی مهم در جذب مشتریان است و بازاریابان بانکی باید آن را به دقت مورد بررسی و ارزیابی قرار دهند. در تحقیق حاضر که با هدف شناسایی و تعیین اولویت عوامل موثر بر مکان یابی شعب و دستگاههای خودپرداز بانک تجارت در استان مازندران صورت گرفته است، از طریق مرور مطالعات پیشین و مصاحبه با پرسنل شعب بانک و کارشناسان این حوزه، عوامل موثر بر تعیین مکان شعب و دستگاههای خودپرداز استخراج شدند. سپس بر اساس وزن دهی به روش شانون مشخص شد که هر یک از ویژگی ها تا چه اندازه امتیاز و بهره اطلاعاتی در خصوص کشف نتایج در تعیین مکان مناسب را دارا هستند.در این تحقیق، علاوه بر استفاده از روش های معمول سعی شده است با معرفی مدلی جدید در قالب استدلال و منطق ریاضی به مکان یابی پرداخته شود. بنابراین برای مقایسه نتایج تحقیق از خصوصیات و ظرفیت های موجود در شعب بانک تجارت استان مازندران به صورت یک مجموعه داده استفاده شده است . مدل پیشنهادی با استفاده از الگوریتم پرکاربرد درخت تصمیم در محیط برنامه نویسی python جهت مکان یابی شعب و دستگاه خودپرداز پیاده سازی شده است.

choosing the optimal location of bank branches and atms is one of the most important decisions in banking activities، which has a great effect on the performance and efficiency of banks. the location of bank branches and financial institutions، as well as atms، is an important driver in attracting customers، and bank marketers should carefully examine and evaluate it. in the current research، which was carried out with the aim of identifying and determining the priority of factors affecting the location of tejarat bank branches and atms in mazandaran province، through reviewing previous studies and interviews with bank branch personnel and experts in this field، factors affecting the location of branches and atms were extracted. then، based on shannon's method of weighting، it was determined how much each of the features has a score and benefit of information regarding the discovery of the results in determining the appropriate location.in this research، in addition to using the usual methods، it has been tried to address location by introducing a new model in the form of reasoning and mathematical logic. therefore، to compare the results of the research، the characteristics and capacities available in the branches of tejarat bank of mazandaran province have been used in the form of a data set. the proposed model has been implemented using the widely used cart decision tree algorithm in the python programming environment to locate branches and atms.
