مدیریت دانش بر عملکرد صادراتی با نقش تعدیل‌گری مهارت کارآفرینانه در شرکت‌های صادراتی فعال در شهرک صنعتی توس مشهد

اقتصاد دانش بنیان، الگوی خود را از رقابت مبتنی بر صنعتی بودن، به انتقال دانش برای خلق ثروت تغییر داده است. از این رو توسعه ظرفیت نوآوری سازمانها و جذب دانش جدید، کلید توسعه اقتصاد دانش بنیان است مقاله حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر مدیریت دانش بر عملکرد صادراتی و مهارت کارآفرینانه انجام گرفته است، که از بعد هدف، کاربردی، و از نظر روش، توصیفی- پیمایشی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری کلیه شرکت‌های صادراتی در شهرک صنعتی توس مشهد می‌باشد. در مجموع 385 شرکت، 385 مدیر وجود دارد. به دلیل وجود تحریم‌ها در خصوص بخش صادرات، اگر بخواهید به صنعت خاصی اشاره کنید، با جامعه محدودی روبرو خواهید شد، لذا؛ دراین پژوهش کلیه شرکت‌های صادراتی شهرک صنعتی توس مشهد در نظرگرفته شد. با توجه به جدول مورگان، حجم نمونه 181 نفر می‌باشد که پرسشنامه‌ها به صورت تصادفی ساده بین آنها توزیع گردید. روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه مورد تایید قرار گرفت. داده‌ها توسط معادلات ساختاری و به کمک نرم افزار پی ال اس مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج حاکی از این بود که در مدیریت دانش بر عملکرد صادراتی و مهارت کارآفرینانه تاثیر معناداری دارد.

knowledge management on export performance and entrepreneurial skills in active export companies in mashhad's tos industrial townthe knowledge-based economy has changed its paradigm from industrial competition to knowledge transfer for wealth creation. therefore، the development of the innovation capacity of organizations and the absorption of new knowledge is the key to the development of a knowledge-based economy. the present paper aims to investigate the impact of knowledge management on export performance and entrepreneurial skills، which is objective، practical، and descriptive in terms of method. it is a survey. the statistical population is all export companies in tos industrial town of mashhad. there are a total of 385 companies، 385 managers. due to the sanctions regarding the export sector، if you want to mention a specific industry، you will face a limited community، therefore; in this research، all export companies of mashhad tos industrial town were considered. according to morgan's table، the sample size is 181 people، and the questionnaires were distributed among them in a simple random manner. validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed. the data were analyzed by structural equations and with the help of pls software. the results indicated that knowledge management has a significant effect on export performance and entrepreneurial skills.
