شناسایی و تبیین نیروهای پیشران موثر بر شکل‌گیری هندسه قدرت جدید منطقه غرب آسیا در گذار از نظم پساوستفالی

منطقه غرب آسیا در دهه دوم قرن بیست و یکم با تحولات و پویایی‌های جدیدی مواجه بوده است. ظهور بیداری اسلامی در این منطقه، نویدبخش شکل‌گیری نظم نوینی است که با نظم موجود تفاوت‌های چشم‌گیری دارد و بازیگران جدیدی در شکل‌گیری آن به ایفای نقش پرداخته‌اند.  پژوهش حاضر به‌منظور شناسایی و تبیین نیروهای پیشران موثر بر شکل‌گیری هندسه قدرت جدید منطقه غرب آسیا در گذار از نظم پساوستفالی به انجام رسیده است. روش پژوهش در این مقاله روش آمیخته با رویکرد اکتشافی است و جامعه آماری آن به‌صورت هدفمند شامل (27) نفر از خبرگان و صاحب‌نظران حوزه امنیت ملی و روابط بین‌الملل در دانشگاه‌‌های نیروهای مسلح است. جمع‌آوری اطلاعات با استفاده از روش کتابخانه‌ای و برگزاری پنل‌های خبرگی و با استفاده از تکنیک ذهن‌انگیزی صورت پذیرفت. حاصل جلسات ذهن‌انگیزی، استخراج (23) نیروی پیشران بود که به‌منظور صحت‌سنجی نیروهای پیشران از آزمون‌های اختصاصی نرم‌افزار spss شامل t تک‌نمونه‌ای، ضریب توافقی ‌کندال و آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. در ادامه و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آینده‌پژوهی میک‌مک و با به‌کارگیری تحلیل اثر ماتریس متقابل موثرترین نیروهای پیشران در حوزه موضوع پژوهش شناسایی و احصاء گردید که شامل احیاء جاده ابریشم در دو حوزه خشکی و دریا، تشکیل مثلت عربی، غربی و عبری در منطقه غرب آسیا و نقش‌آفرینی محور مقاومت در مقابله با گروهک‌های تروریستی تکفیری بود.

identifying and explaining the driver forces effective on the formation of the new power geometry of the west asian region in the transition from the post-westphalian order

in the second decade of the 21st century, the region of west asia has faced new developments and dynamics. the emergence of islamic awakening in this region has promised the formation of new order which has noticeable differences with the established order, and new actors have played a role in its formation.  the present research has been done in-order-to identify and explain the driver-forces effective on the formation of the new power geometry of the west asian region in the transition from the post-westphalian order. methodology consists of a mixed approach with an exploratory approach and its statistical population purposefully includes (27) experts and experts in the field of national security and international relations in the universities of the armed forces. data collection was done using the library sources and holding expert panels and using brainstorming technique. the result of brainstorming sessions was the extraction of (23) driver-forces, which were used to verify the accuracy of driver-forces using spss software tests including single-sample t-kendall’s coefficient of agreement, and cronbach’s alpha. in the following, by using micmac futures-studies research software and by applying the analysis of the effect of the mutual matrix, the most effective driver forces in the subject area of the research were identified and calculated, which include the revival of the silk road in both land and sea areas, the formation of the arab, western and hebrew triangle in the region of west asia and role-playing of the axis of resistance in dealing with takfiri terrorist groups.
