تحلیل تمدنی و صورت‌بندی مسئله «نظم» در جهان اسلام

جهان اسلام در دو قرن اخیر همنشین «آشوب» بوده است. ناامنی، بی‌نظمی و بحران مداوم اصلی‌‎ترین نشانگان آشوب در جهان اسلام است. تمرکز پژوهش حاضر بر مقوله نظم در جهان اسلام است (مسئله). پژوهش حاضر به این پرسش می‌‎پردازد که اگر نظم در گستره یک منطقه‎ جغرافیایی مشخصی- نظیر غرب آسیا و یا یک گستره وسیع‌‎تر نظیر جهان اسلام- را با استفاده از سطح تحلیل تمدن مورد ارزیابی قرار دهیم، چه صورت‏‌بندی از مقوله «نظم» ارائه می‌‎دهد؟ (سوال) به نظر می‌رسد سطح تحلیل تمدنی در سیاست بین‌‎الملل در تقسیم مناطق جهان، طرح جدیدی ارائه می‌دهد و آن را از دوگانه سطح تحلیل جهانی و سطح تحلیل منطقه‌‎ای عبور می‌دهد (فرضیه). از این‌رو پویش‌های درون نظام بین‌الملل را بر اساس ارائه صورت‌‎بندی جدیدی از نظم، قواعد شکل‌گیری آن و منابع موثر در تشکیل آن تبیین می‌کند. در این پژوهش بر اساس روش تحقیق بنیادی و سطح تحلیل تمدنی (روش)، نظم در جهان اسلام را با توجه به ظهور اشکال مختلف تمدن‌های اسلامی (و یا جریان‌های تمدنی) در درون جهان اسلام تحلیل کرده و پویش‌های رفتاری (همگرا/ واگرا) را بر اساس تقسیم‌بندی هایراراشیک تمدنی در جهان اسلام تبیین می‌کند (یافته‌ها).
