جریان قدرت در نظام سیاسی مبتنی بر نهج‌البلاغه

سه جریان اقتدارگرا (آبشاری)، دموکراسی (فواره‌ای)، دوسویه و طرفینی، عمده جریان‌های قدرت در نظام‌های سیاسی می‌باشند. سوال اصلی پژوهش حاضر این است که کدام‌یک از جریان‌های قدرت سه گانه، در نظام سیاسی مبتنی بر نهج‌البلاغه، جریان دارد؟ روش پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی بوده و نتایج نشان داد که جریان قدرت در نظام سیاسی مبتنی‌ بر نهج‌البلاغه، یک رابطه دوسویه را بین شهروندان و حاکمان ترسیم می‌کند که هر یک از آنان رسالت‌های مشخص و متقابلی را بر عهده دارند. باب مشورت در نظام سیاسی مبتنی ‌بر نهج‌البلاغه همواره مفتوح بوده و هیچ‌گاه بی‌اعتنایی به شهروندان و کم‌توجهی نسبت به آرای مشورتی آنان روا نمی‌باشد. انتخابات در عصر کنونی، مسیر مشورت را هموار نموده و بیعت در گذشته، راه مشورت و رد یا تایید حاکمان بوده است. مساله نخبگان، امر پذیرفته شده‌ای است که ضوابط آن باید دقیقاً مشخص شود و بهتر است در بحث شایستگان گنجانده شود تا معیارهای لازم برای آن لحاظ گردد. پیوند حق و تکلیف در نهج‌البلاغه، پیوندی عمیق است و بسیاری از حقوق مطرح در نهج‌البلاغه در باب سیاست، تکلیف‌آور می‌باشد.

three movements of authoritarian (waterfall), democratic (fountain), and bilateral-mutual are major currents of power in political systems. the main research question is: which of the triplet currents of power flow in the political system based on nahj ol-balāghah? the method of study is descriptive-analytic and the results showed that the current of power in the political system based on nahj ol-balāghah represents a mutual relationship between citizens and government that are both responsible for definite and mutual responsibilities. the door to consultation is always open in the political system based on nahj ol-balāghah and ignoring the citizens and inattention to their consultative ideas are considered inappropriate. election in the current era has facilitated the way of consultation while bey’at (an oath of allegiance) was a way of consultation in the past to confirm or reject rulers. the issue of elites is an accepted issue but its regulations should be accurately determined so that the essential criteria be considered for this subject. the relationship between right and responsibility in nahj ol-balāghah is profoundly deep and many rights mentioned in nahj ol-balāghah in terms of politics, involve some responsibilities, too.
