تبیین اثرات فعالیت ‌های خرد کشاورزی در توسعه اقتصادی سکونتگاه های روستایی شهرستان آستانه ‌اشرفیه

فعالیت‌‌های خرد کشاورزی نوعی فعالیت جنبی است که با اندازه مزارع کوچک، مالکیت شخصی، تامین نیازهای اساسی، درآمد و اشتغال پایدار، هزینه پایین، عرضه محلی و خرد ناحیه‌‌ای، در کنار فعالیت اصلی کشت برنج انجام می‌‌شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثرات فعالیت‌های خرد کشاورزی در توسعه اقتصادی روستاهای شهرستان آستانه‌اشرفیه است. روش تحقیق توصیفی- تحلیلی و اطلاعات مورد نیاز از طریق منابع اسنادی و مطالعات میدانی بدست آمده است. جامعه آماری بهره‌‌برداران 16 روستای دارای بیشترین (30 هکتار و بیشتر) سطح زیرکشت در دو بخش مرکزی و کیاشهر شهرستان آستانه‌اشرفیه بوده است. بنابراین تعداد 350 نفر از افراد فعال در حوزه این فعالیت‌‌ به عنوان نمونه آماری به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی- سهمیه‌ای انتخاب شدند. یافته‌ها نشان داد اثرات حاصل از انجام فعالیت‌‌های خرد کشاورزی در توسعه اقتصادی روستاهای نمونه در حد زیاد، به ‌‌طوری که میانگین وزنی آن در شاخص رفاه اقتصادی 4/00، امنیت اقتصادی 4/01 و کیفیت اشتغال 03.4 بوده است. بین فعالیت‌‌های خرد کشاورزی با افزایش درآمد 0.315 و با اشتغال 0.293 رابطه وجود دارد که با سطح اطمینان 99% و خطای 0/01 معنی‌‌دار بوده و اثرات فعالیت‌‌های خرد کشاورزی در توسعه اقتصادی روستاهای بهره‌‌بردار به عنوان یک فعالیت جنبی، قابل توجه است. اعطای تسهیلات بانکی کم‌‌بهره، احداث بازارچه‌‌های محلی، تشکیل زنجیره ارزش، احداث صنایع تبدیلی و تکمیلی از راهکارهای عملی برای توسعه فعالیت‌‌های خرد کشاورزی است.

explaining the effects of micro-agricultural activities in the economic development of rural settlement in astana ashrafieh county

micro-agricultural activities are carried out as a side and complementary activity with characteristics such as small farm size, personal ownership, provision of basic needs, stable income and employment, low cost, local supply and regional micro-farming along with the main activity of rice cultivation. purpose of this research is to determine the effects of micro-agricultural activities in the economic development of the villages of astana ashrafieh. the descriptive-analytical research method and required information is obtained through documentary sources and field studies. the statistical population of the research is the users of 16 villages with the largest (30 hectares and more) cultivated area in the two central and kiashahr parts of astana ashrafieh county. therefore, 350 people active in the field of micro-agricultural activities were selected as a statistical sample using random-quota sampling. the findings showed that the effects of micro-agricultural activities in the economic development of the sample villages were high, so that the weighted average in the economic welfare index was 4.00, economic security was 4.01, and employment quality was 4.03. there is a relationship between micro-agricultural activities with an increase in income of 0.315 and with employment of 0.293, which is significant with a confidence level of 99% and an error of 0.01, and the effects of micro-agricultural activities in the economic development of the beneficiary villages vectoring as a side activity is significant. granting low-interest banking facilities, building local markets, forming a value chain, building conversion and complementary industries are practical solutions for the development of micro-agricultural activities.
