ارزیابی پتانسیل و ارزش اقتصادی فعالیت های گردشگری روستایی در شهرستان مراغه با استفاده از مدل ارزش گذاری مشروط ‍cvm و مدل پتانسیل گردشگری ep

امروزه گردشگری بزرگ‌‌ ترین و در عین حال متنوع‌‌ترین صنعت دنیا به حساب می‌‌آید. گردشگری روستایی یکی از شاخه‌‌های صنعت گردشگری است، که می‌‌تواند نقش مهمی در تجدید حیات روستاها، ایجاد اشتغال و درآمد برای روستاییان، حفاظت از میراث طبیعی، تاریخی، فرهنگی و مذهبی روستاها داشته باشد. گردشگری روستایی در شهرستان مراغه نیز از این امر مستثنی نبوده و از پتانسیل‌‌های زیادی در زمینه جذابیت‌‌های طبیعی، تاریخی، فرهنگی، مذهبی برخوردار می‌‌باشد. هدف این مطالعه، ارزیابی پتانسیل و ارزش اقتصادی فعالیت‌‌های گردشگری روستایی در شهرستان مراغه می‌‌باشد. روش تحقیق حاضر از نوع کاربردی و توسعه‌‌ای، روش بررسی آن توصیفی- تحلیلی و شالوده مطالعه، مبتنی بر عملیات میدانی (مشاهده مستقیم، تکمیل پرسشنامه‌‌) و بهره‌‌گیری از اسناد و مدارک موجود می‌‌باشد. ارزیابی توانمندی‌‌های روستاهای مورد مطالعه با استفاده از مدل‌‌های cvm و ep صورت می‌‌گیرد. جامعه آماری 12000 نفر از توریست‌‌هایی می‌‌باشند که در طی یک سال از جاذبه‌‌های گردشگری روستایی شهرستان مراغه بازدید کرده‌‌اند. حجم نمونه بر اساس روش نمونه‌‌گیری کوکران 384 نفر محاسبه گردید. نتایج مطالعه نشان می‌‌دهد که طبق مدل ep با برآورد 1/38% روستاهای شهرستان مراغه دارای پتانسیل‌‌های طبیعی، تاریخی، مذهبی و فرهنگی زیادی در جهت جذب گردشگر به منطقه است. همچنین نتایج حاصل از مدل ‍cvm نشان داد 87/7% افراد، حاضر به پرداخت مبلغی جهت استفاده از جاذبه‌‌های گردشگری روستاهای مورد نظر هستند؛ به طوری که ارزش اقتصادی روستاهای چِکان، تازه‌‌کند سفلی و علویان به ترتیب 19500000، 6937560 و 14306400 میلیون تومان برآورد شد و این مبالغ می‌‌تواند صرف ایجاد اشتغال و امکانات گردشگری در روستاهای مورد نظر شود.

assessment of the potential and economic value of rural tourism activities in maragheh county by using the contingent valuation method (cvm) and the tourism potential model

nowadays, tourism is the biggest and most versatile industry all over the world. with 200 million practitioners (about 8% of total global employment), rural tourism is one of the tourism industries clusters that emphasis natural, historical and cultural and religious attraction of the rural and can have an important impact on the rural revitalizing, employment and income and natural, historic and religious heritage protection. rural tourism in maragheh could have these impacts and have rich potentials of natural, historic, cultural and religious attraction. the purpose of this study was to evaluate the economic potential and valuable activities of rural tourism in maragheh.this research is applied and its method is descriptive – analytical that involved 12000 statistical populations. type of this present study is applied and it uses survey methods on the basis of descriptive – analytic and documentation methods that samples bulk and its statistical populations are based on cochran, 384 persons, and with probabilistic sampling selected from proportional ranking with simple random. through cvm and ep models, it was determined that maragheh city has tourist attractions in rural areas, which in case of proper investment and planning for the well-being of tourists, will not only increase the number of tourists, but also reduce the amount of damages. it will also reduce the environmental problems. ep model results with estimate 1.38%, shows that villages in maragheh have natural, historic, religious and cultural potentials. also, the results of the cvm model show that 87.7% accepted that they pay for these utilities so that economic values of chekan, taze – kand sofla and alavian were estimated as 19500000, 6937560, and 14306400 respectively. these values are used for employment and development in this region. finally, we proposed some suggestion for rural tourism developments in maragheh.
