تحلیل و بررسی عوامل تاثیرگذار اقتصادی بر زیست پذیری شهرها (مطالعه موردی: شهر سراوان)

زیست‌‌پذیری به یک سیستم شهری تاکید دارد که در آن به سلامت اجتماعی، اقتصادی، کالبدی و روانی ساکنانش توجه همه‌‌جانبه شده است و از میان این ابعاد، بعد اقتصادی به طرز قابل توجهی در درک این مفهوم برای ساکنان و افزایش کیفت زندگی آنان موثر است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی عوامل تاثیرگذار اقتصادی بر زیست‌‌پذیری شهر سراوان می‌‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی، از لحاظ ماهیت داده‌‌ها، تلفیقی (کمی- کیفی) و  از لحاظ روش‌‌شناسی توصیفی- تحلیلی است. در این پژوهش از 2 نوع جامعه آماری استفاده شد: الف) شهروندان شهر سراوان به عنوان جامعه نمونه و حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 322 نفر تعیین شد؛ ب) جامعه آماری، افراد خبره و متخصصان که بر اساس نمونه‌‌گیری هدفمند تعدد 20 نفر به عنوان جامعه نمونه انتخاب شد. تجزیه‌‌وتحلیل اطلاعات و داده‌‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌‌افزار spss و روش‌‌های دلفی و f-aras انجام شده است. پس از شناسایی عوامل مطرح شده، خبرگان با روش دلفی در دو مرحله، میزان موافقت خود را در زمینه عوامل اقتصادی اعلام نمودند. در ادامه نتایج آزمون پیرسون نشان داد بین عوامل اقتصادی و زیست‌‌پذیری شهر سراوان در سطح معناداری کمتر از 0/50، ارتباط معنادار و مثبتی وجود دارد. در نهایت، نتایج مدل f-aras فازی نشان داد از بین 17 عامل اقتصادی، عامل امنیت شغلی با مقدار 0/480 و عامل سهم هزینه‌‌های تفریح و مسافرت در سبد خانوار با مقدار 0/440،  بیشترین و کمترین میزان اهمیت را در زیست‌‌پذیری شهر سراوان به خود اختصاص داده‌‌اند.

analyzing and investigating the economic influencing factors on the livability of cities (case study: saravan city)

livability emphasizes an urban system in which the social, economic, physical and mental health of its residents is given comprehensive attention. among these dimensions, the economic dimension is significantly effective in understanding this concept for residents and increasing their quality of life. the purpose of this research is to investigate the economic factors affecting the liveability of saravan city. the current research is applied in terms of purpose, in terms of the nature of the data (combination (quantitative-qualitative) and in terms of descriptive-analytical methodology. in this research, 2 types of statistical population were used. a) citizens of saravan city as a sample population, and the sample size was determined using cochran’s formula to be 322 people. b) the statistical population, experts and specialists who were selected as the sample population based on the purposeful sampling of 20 people. analysis of information and data has been done using spss software and delphi and f-aras methods. after identifying the mentioned factors, the experts announced their level of agreement in the field of economic factors using the delphi method in two stages. next, the results of the pearson test showed that there is a significant and positive relationship between the mentioned economic factors and the liveability of saravan city at a significance level of less than 0.05. finally, the results of f-aras model showed that among 17 economic factors; the factor of job security with a value of 0.480 and the factor of the share of entertainment and travel expenses in the household basket with a value of 0.400 have the highest and lowest importance in the liveability of saravan city.
