تاثیر سبک مدیریت مشارکتی و جو عاطفی مدرسه در پیش بینی سلامت روان دانش‌آموزان

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش سبک مدیریت مشارکتی و جو عاطفی مدرسه در پیش بینی سلامت روان دانش آموزان صورت گرفت. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی - همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانش‌آموزان دختر دوره دوم متوسطه شهرستان اسلامشهر در سال تحصیلی 04-1403 به تعداد 13002نفر بود. از بین آنها، براساس جدول مورگان و به شیوه نمونه‌گیری در دسترس تعداد 300 نفر انتخاب و وارد پژوهش شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش جهت گردآوری داده‌ها شامل پرسشنامه مدیریت مشارکتی توسط چوپانی (1389)، جو عاطفی مدرسه پاشا امیری (1388) و سلامت عمومی گلدبرگ (1972) بود. سپس تحلیل داده‌ها به شیوه ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه با کمک نرم‌افزارهای spss نسخه 26 انجام گرفت. نتایج یافته‌ها نشان داد که بین مدیریت مشارکتی با سلامت روان (0.49=r) و جو عاطفی مدرسه با سلامت روان (0.50=r) ارتباط مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد (0.001>p). همچنین نتایج ضریب رگرسیون چند متغیره نشان دادند سبک مدیریت مشارکتی و جو عاطفی مدرسه در مجموع 30 درصد واریانس سلامت روان دانش آموزان را توضیح می‌دهند. در نتیجه می‌توان گفت در آموزش و پرورش و مراکز آموزشی دیگر، جهت افزایش سلامت روان دانش آموزان می توان به سبک مدیریت مشارکتی و جو عاطفی مدرسه توجه ویژه‌ای کرد.

the role of participatory management style and school emotional climate in predicting students' mental health

the present study aimed to investigate the role of participatory management style and school emotional climate in predicting students’ mental health. the present study method is descriptive-correlational. the statistical population included all female second-year high school students in islamshahr city in the academic year 2024-05, totaling 13002 people. among them, 300 people were selected based on the morgan table and through convenient sampling method and entered the study. research tools for data collection included the participatory management questionnaire by choupani (2010), pasha amiri’s school emotional climate (2010), and goldberg’s general health (1972). then, data analysis was performed using pearson’s correlation coefficient and multiple regression using spss version 26 software. the results of the findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between participatory management and mental health (r=0.49) and school emotional climate with mental health (r=0.50) (p<0.001). also, the results of the multivariate regression coefficient showed that the participatory management style and the school’s emotional climate explain a total of 30% of the variance in students’ mental health. as a result, it can be said that in education and training and educational centers
