تبیین ابعاد و مولفه‌های رهبری اخلاقی در مدارس با رویکرد فراترکیب

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی مطالعات انجام‌شده در جهت شناسایی ابعاد و هدف عمدة مولفه‌های رهبری اخلاقی مدیران در مدارس انجام گردید. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف بنیادی و با روش کیفی از نوع فراترکیب انجام شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل منابع معتبر علمی منتشرشده در بازه زمانی 2000 تا 2025 می‌باشد که از پایگاه‌های علمی داخلی و بین‌المللی،magiran ،noormags و پایگاه نشریات با دسترسی آزاد، google scholar taylor francis science و direct scopus sid جهت گردآوری داده استفاه گردید. جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از شیوه هفت مرحله‌ای سندلوسکی و باروسو (2007) استفاده به عمل آمد. بنابراین، از میان منابع موردنظر با راهبرد جستجوی هدفمند، با مقایسه عنوان، چکیده، روش و یافته‌های پژوهش مرحله‌به‌مرحله تعداد 84 مقاله از دایره مطالعاتی حذف شد و در نهایت 28 منبع مبنای کدگذاری و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد که مهم‌ترین مولفه‌ها و ابعاد رهبری اخلاقی در مدارس شامل شفافیت، توسعه حرفه‌ای، تعهد به یادگیری، مدیریت تعارض، خلق رفاه اجتماعی و ترویج ارزش‌های مثبت است. یافته‌های پژوهش در قالب ابعاد و مولفه‌های رهبری اخلاقی در مدارس می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک منبع ارزشمند در تدوین، توسعه و اجرای رهبری اخلاقی در مدارس به وسیله مدیران مدارس مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. علاوه بر این، از مدل ارائه‌شده می‌توان به‌عنوان مبنایی برای ارزیابی و بهبود شیوه‌های رهبری اخلاقی در مدارس کشور و نقشه راهی برای تغییر، تحول و توسعه مدارس بهره گرفت.

explaining the dimensions and components of ethical leadership in schools with a meta-synthesis approach

this research was conducted with the aim of examining the studies conducted to identify the dimensions and main objectives of the components of ethical leadership of school principals. the present research was conducted with a fundamental objective and a qualitative meta-synthesis method. the statistical population of this research includes reliable scientific sources published between 2000 and 2025, which were collected from domestic and international scientific databases, magiran, noormags, and open access journals, google scholar taylor francis science, and direct scopus sid. the seven-step method of sandelowski and barroso (2007) was used to analyze the data. therefore, among the sources in question, with a targeted search strategy, by comparing the title, abstract, method, and research findings step by step, 84 articles were eliminated from the study circle, and finally 28 sources were used as the basis for coding and analysis. the research findings showed that the most important components and dimensions of ethical leadership in schools include transparency, professional development, commitment to learning, conflict management, creating social welfare, and promoting positive values. the research findings in the form of dimensions and components of ethical leadership in schools can be used as a valuable resource in formulating, developing, and implementing ethical leadership in schools by school administrators. in addition, the presented model can be used as a basis for evaluating and improving ethical leadership practices in schools in the country and as a roadmap for change, transformation, and development of schools.
