بررسی رابطه سبک های رهبری و مهارت های ارتباطی مدیران با اثربخشی مدارس شهرستان بابل

این پژوهش به بررسی رابطه بین سبک‌های رهبری و مهارت‌های ارتباطی مدیران با اثربخشی مدارس ابتدایی در شهر بابل پرداخته است. هدف این پژوهش، ارزیابی تاثیر سبک‌های رهبری و مهارت‌های ارتباطی مدیران بر اثربخشی مدارس است. این مطالعه توصیفی-پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل 125 نفر از مدیران مدارس ابتدایی بخش مرکزی بابل است که بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان، 94 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند؛ اما تنها 90 پرسشنامه بازگشت داده شد. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد سبک رهبری باردنز و متزکاس، مهارت ارتباطی بارتون، و اثربخشی میسکل و همکاران استفاده شده است. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش‌های آماری توصیفی و همبستگی پیرسون انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین سبک‌های رهبری و مهارت‌های ارتباطی مدیران با اثربخشی مدارس رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد؛ به‌طوری‌که با افزایش این متغیرها، اثربخشی مدارس نیز افزایش می‌یابد.

investigating the relationship between leadership styles and communication skills of principals with school effectiveness in babol city

this study investigates the relationship between leadership styles and communication skills of managers with the effectiveness of elementary schools in babol city. the purpose of this research is to evaluate the impact of leadership styles and communication skills of managers on school effectiveness. this descriptive-survey study is of a correlational type. the statistical population consists of 125 managers from elementary schools in the central district of babol, and based on the krejcie and morgan table, 94 were selected as the sample, but only 90 questionnaires were returned. standardized questionnaires on bardens and metzcus’ leadership styles, barton’s communication skills, and miskel et al.’s school effectiveness were used for data collection. data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics and pearson correlation. the results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between managers’ leadership styles and communication skills with school effectiveness; as these variables increase, school effectiveness also increases.
