طراحی الگوی منتورینگ مدیران مدارس ابتدایی (مطالعه موردی: شهرستان یزد)

یکی از ارکان اصلی آموزش در مدارس، مدیران هستند. با نظر به اهمیت و گستردگی امر آموزش، یکی از تغییرات ارزشمند و جذاب در آموزش و پرورش توجه به رشد مداوم و مستمر برنامه های بهسازی مدیران آموزشی به دلایلی همچون، افزایش پیچیدگی آموزش، افزایش تقاضا از سوی جامعه و همچنین مواجهه با دانش آموزان به عنوان سرمایه های آینده است. آموزش مدیران انواع مختلفی دارد که همگی در جهت ارتقای سطح دانش، آگاهی، مهارت های فنی، حرفه ای و شغلی و همچنین ایجاد رفتار مطلوب با کارکنان و دانش آموزان در یک سازمان یا موسسه فرهنگی اعم از دولتی و یا غیر دولتی انجام می شود. در بین انواع مختلف آموزش مدیران، روش منتورینگ در کشور، پدیده نسبتاً جدیدی به نظر می رسد که هنوز در سطح آکادمیک و نیز سازمان های بزرگ مختلف ایران، بصورت جامع به آن پرداخته نشده است. هدف از انجام این مقاله، طراحی الگوی منتورینگ مدیران مدارس ابتدایی در شهر یزد در نظر گرفته شد. در این تحقیق که به شیوه آمیخته انجام گرفت، نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد: مدل نهایی مشتمل بر سه عامل خوش‌بینی، هوش معنوی و مهارت حل مساله می باشد که می توانند در ارتقاء سطح آموزشی مدیران مدارس تاثیر قابل توجهی داشته باشند.

designing a mentoring model for elementary school principals

principals are one of the main pillars of education in schools. considering the importance and breadth of education, one of the valuable and attractive changes in education is to pay attention to the continuous growth of programs for the improvement of educational managers for reasons such as increasing the complexity of education, increasing demand from society, and also facing students. as future capitals. there are different types of training for managers, all of which are carried out in order to improve the level of knowledge, awareness, technical, professional and occupational skills, as well as to create favorable behavior with employees and students in an organization or cultural institution, either governmental or non-governmental. to be among the different types of manager training, the mentoring method in the country seems to be a relatively new phenomenon that has not yet been comprehensively addressed at the academic level as well as in various large organizations of iran. the purpose of this article was to design a mentoring model for principals of elementary schools in yazd. in this research, which was conducted in a mixed way, the results showed that: the final model includes three factors: optimism, spiritual intelligence, and problem solving skills, which can have a significant impact on improving the educational level of school principals.
