تدوین روش کدینگ آموزش لغات زبان انگلیسی و مقایسه آن با روش آموزش سنتی بر یادگیری واژگان زبان انگلیسی دانشجویان

زبان ابتدایی‌ترین و درعین‌حال پیشرفته‌ترین ابزار ارتباطی بین انسان‌هاست که انتقال معنا را ممکن می‌سازد. از این رو پژوهش حاضر باهدف تدوین روش کدینگ آموزش لغات زبان و مقایسه آن با روش آموزش سنتی بر یادگیری واژگان زبان انگلیسی در دانشجویان دانشگاه امام علی (ع) انجام شد. این پژوهش از حیث هدف از نوع کاربردی و از حیث روش آمیخته است که از دو قسمت کیفی و کمی تشکیل شده است. جامعه آماری دانشجویان سال اول دانشگاه بودند. نمونه آماری شامل 25 نفر برای هر یک از گروه‌های آزمایش و کنترل بود؛ که به روش تصادفی انتخاب و در گروه‌های آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند. مدرس 120 واژه از کتاب 504 واژه را به دو روش کدینگ و سنتی متداول (جعبه لایتنر و استفاده از فلش کارت) طی سه جلسه‌ی دوساعته برای هر روش به دانشجویان دو گروه آزمایشی آموزش داد. درحالی‌که به گروه کنترل هیچ‌گونه آموزشی داده نشد. بعد از اتمام آموزش نیز از هر سه گروه پس‌آزمون به عمل آمد. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که هر دو روش آموزش سنتی و کدینگ در مقایسه با گروه کنترل تاثیر معناداری در یادگیری لغات داشتند و در مقایسه‌ی دو روش نیز روش سنتی و کدینگ، روش کدینگ نتایج بهتری داشت. در پیگیری سه‌ماهه نیز نتایج تکرار شد. بنابراین می‌توان با استفاده از روش آموزش کدینگ، ضمن کوتاه نمودن زمان یادگیری، میزان عملکرد یادگیری را نیز افزایش داد.

developing the coding method of teaching english vocabulary and comparing it with the traditional teaching method on students’ english vocabulary learning

language is the most primitive and at the same time the most advanced means of communication between humans, which enables the transfer of meaning. therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of developing the coding method of language vocabulary teaching and comparing it with the traditional teaching method on the learning of english vocabulary in students of imam ali university. this research is of an applied type in terms of its purpose and in terms of a mixed method, which consists of two qualitative and quantitative parts. the statistical population was first year university students. the statistical sample included 25 people for each of the experimental and control groups; which were randomly selected and replaced in experimental and control groups. the teacher taught 120 words from the book of 504 words to the students of two experimental groups using two coding and traditional methods (lightner box and using flash cards) during three two-hour sessions for each method. while no training was given to the control group. after the completion of the training, all three groups were given a post-test. data were analyzed using repeated measures analysis of variance. the results showed that both traditional teaching methods and coding had a significant effect on vocabulary learning compared to the control group, and compared to the traditional method and coding, the coding method had better results. the results were repeated in the three-month follow-up. therefore, it is possible to increase the learning performance while shortening the learning time by using the kering teaching method
