بررسی تاثیرات همدلی، انگیزه و فعال بودن دانش آموزان بر پیامدهای یادگیری درک شده ، نقش ارائه دهنده و موضوع مورد بحث در کلاس

امروزه، بحث ویژگی های  تدریس مناسب معلمان و تاثیرات شگرف آن بر عملکرد دانش آموزان در مدارس دولتی و خصوصی، به‌وضوح مشاهده می‌شود و اخیراً سبک‌های جدیدی از تدریس مطرح شده است که می‌تواند در اجرای راهبردها و تعقیب اهداف آموزشی  بسیار موثر واقع شود؛ این تحقیق به بررسی این موضوع می‌پردازد که چگونه همدلی،انگیزه و فعال بودن دانش آموزان بر پیامدهای یادگیری درک شده ، نقش ارائه دهنده و موضوع مورد بحث در کلاس های مدرسه شهدای رسانه تهران تاثیر می‌گذارند. این مدل با تجزیه و تحلیل پاسخ های نظرسنجی جمع آوری شده از 384  معلمان و دانش آموزان مدرسه شهدای رسانه با نرم افزار spss23 و smart pls3 مورد آزمایش قرار گرفته است. یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهدکه همدلی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر یادگیری درک شده، ارائه دهنده  و موضوع مورد بحث در مدرسه شهدای رسانه ندارد. انگیزه تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر یادگیری درک شده، ارائه دهنده  و موضوع مورد بحث در مدرسه شهدای رسانه دارد. فعال بودن تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر یادگیری درک شده، ارائه دهنده  و موضوع مورد بحث در مدرسه شهدای رسانه دارد. یکی از وظایف اولیه معلمان کمک به دانش آموزان خود برای مقابله با چالش هایی است که در طول زندگی خود با آن مواجه خواهند شد. شخصیت دانش‌آموزان بر پتانسیل آنها برای مقابله با این چالش‌ها تاثیر می‌گذارد و در نهایت، کسب مهارت‌های مورد نیاز در زندگی را تعیین می‌کند.علاوه بر این، شخصیت آنها ممکن است با نحوه کسب این مهارت ها شکل بگیرد، به طوری که دانش آموزان بهتر می توانند موفق شوند.

investigating the effects of empathy, motivation and activeness of students on the perceived learning outcomes, the role of the presenter and the topic discussed in the classroom

today, the discussion of the proper teaching characteristics of teachers and its tremendous effects on the performance of students in public and private schools can be clearly seen, and recently new styles of teaching have been proposed that can be very effective in implementing strategies and pursuing educational goals; this research examines how students’ empathy, motivation, and activeness affect perceived learning outcomes, the role of the presenter, and the topic discussed in shahada media school classes. this model has been tested by analyzing the survey responses collected from 384 teachers and students of shahada media school with spss23 and smart pls3 software. the findings of the research show that empathy does not have a positive and significant effect on the perceived learning, the presenter and the topic discussed in the martyrs of media school. motivation has a positive and significant effect on the perceived learning, the presenter and the topic discussed in the shahada media school. being active has a positive and significant effect on the perceived learning, the presenter and the topic discussed in the school of media martyrs. one of the primary duties of teachers is to help their students to face the challenges that they will face throughout their lives. the personality of the students affects their potential to face these challenges and ultimately, to acquire the skills they need in life. furthermore, their character may be shaped by how they acquire these skills, so that students are better able to succeed
