تاثیر مشارکت معلمان در تدوین برنامه ی درسی بر پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش آموزان در دوره ی ابتدایی

صاحب نظران معلمان را مبدا هر گونه تحول آموزشی و پرورشی دانسته و بر این باورند که آنان با معلومات، مهارت‌ها و آمادگی‌هایی که در دوران تربیت خود در مراکز تربیت معلم یا دانشسراها کسب می‌کنند، قادرند چهره سازمان‌های آموزشی را به نحو چشمگیری دگرگون سازند و محیط‌های آموزشی را به فضاهای آکنده از محبت، صمیمیت، رشد و بالندگی مبدل ساخته و جوّ کلاس را فرحبخش و لذت آور سازند و با شیوه‌های مناسب انتقال عناصر و عوامل فرهنگی به دانش آموزان و با به کارگیری روش‌های مطلوب تربیتی، زمینه رشد شخصیت آنان را فراهم سازند. بنا بر توجه الزامی به مشارکت معلمان بخصوص در برنامه ریزی درسی در دوره‌ی ابتدایی بر پیشرفت تحصیلی ضروری است به صورت علمی و تخصصی به این موارد پرداخته شود. این تحقیق با بررسی تاثیر مشارکت معلمان در تدوین برنامه ریزی درسی در دوره‌ی ابتدایی بر پیشرفت تحصیلی به روشی کتابخانه‌ای پرداخته شد و به این نتیجه دست یافت که معلم دارای چنان نقش محوری در برنامه ریزی درسی است که موضوعات مفید برای دانش آموز را تشخیص می‌دهد و ارائه می‌کند. زیرا معلم یکی از حلقه‌های زنجیره نظام آموزشی و موثرترین عنصر آن است و ضعف آن می‌تواند موجب از هم پاشیدن این زنجیره و شکست در دستیابی به اهداف باشد.
