تبیین الگوی شایستگی مدیران مدارس از منظر بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب

هدف از پژوهش حاضر تبیین الگوی شایستگی مدیران مدارس از منظر بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب می‌باشد. برای موفق و موثر بودن مدیریت بهره‌مندی از شایستگی‌ها و توانایی‌های ذاتی و اکتسابی ضرورت دارد. روش پژوهش حاضر تحلیلی- توصیفی است و با راهبرد نظریه داده‌بنیاد و با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا الگوی شایستگی مدیران مدارس طراحی شده است. نمونه پژوهش با جامعه برابر می‌باشد و جامعه پژوهش متن بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب است. در مرحله اول در متن بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب از بُعد شایستگی مدیران مدارس مطالعه شد و تمام گزاره‌ها، جملات و عباراتی که انتظار می‌رفت بتوان از آنها شایستگی‌هایی را برای مدیران مدارس بدست آورد، مشخص و استخراج شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از کدگذاری باز استفاده شد. در کدگذاری باز محقق از طریق جز به جز کردن به شکل‌بندی معقوله‌ها اطلاعات درباره پدیده مورد مطالعه می‌پردازد. از طریق کدگذاری باز معقوله‌های اصلی و فرعی نیز مشخص شده‌اند. در مرحله بعد در درون هر یک از معقوله‌های اصلی نیز کدگذاری محوری صورت گرفته است و در مرحله آخر کدگداری گزینشی انجام شده است که از طریق کدگذاری گزینشی 4 مولفه بدست آمده است که این 4 مولفه به عنوان الگو شایستگی مدیران مدارس انتخاب شده اند. نتایج پژوهش حاضر بیانگر آن است که الگویی که طراحی شده است شامل 4 مولفه جوانگرایی، اعتقادی، کارآمدی و مستعدبودن و آینده‌نگری و احساس مسئولیت می‌باشد

the purpose of this study is to explain the competency model of school principals from the perspective of the statement of the second step of the revolution. in order for management to be successful and effective, it is necessary to benefit from inherent and acquired competencies and abilities. the method of the present study is analytical-descriptive and the competency model of school principals has been designed with the strategy of data-based theory and using the content analysis method. the sample of research is equal to society and the research community is the text of the statement of the second step of the revolution. in the first stage, in the text of the statement of the second step of the revolution, the competency of school principals was studied and all the propositions, sentences and phrases that were expected to be used to obtain competencies for school principals were identified and extracted. open coding was used to analyze the data. in open coding, the researcher deals with information about the phenomenon under study by fragmenting the rationale. by open coding, the main and sub-rationales are also identified. in the next stage, axial coding has been done within each of the main rationales, and in the last stage, selective coding has been done, which has been obtained through selective coding of 4 components, which have been selected as a model of competence of school principals. the results of the present study indicate that the model that has been designed includes 4 components of youthfulness, belief, efficiency and talent, and foresight and sense of responsibility
