بررسی تاثیر رهبری تحول‌گرا بر خلاقیت و نقش واسطه ای توانمندسازی روانشناختی در معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان میامی

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر رهبری تحول‌گرا بر خلاقیت معلمان با نقش واسطه‌ای توانمندسازی روانشناختی بود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق را تمامی معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان میامی در سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 تشکیل داده‌اند که تعداد آ‌ن‌ها حدود 300 نفر تخمین زده شد. جهت انتخاب نمونه پژوهش از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس استفاده شد که از تعداد 165 پرسشنامه توزیع شده پس از کنار گذاشتن پرسشنامه‌های بی اعتبار و ناقص، تعداد 148 پرسشنامه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از سه پرسشنامه رهبری تحول‌گرا رافرتی و گریفین (2004)، پرسشنامه خلاقیت کوالهو (2011) و پرسشنامه توانمندسازی اسپریتزر و میشرا (1997) استفاده شد. برای بررسی فرضیات تحقیق از روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری با رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی استفاده شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها در پژوهش حاضر از نرم‌افزارهای spss23 و smart-pls 3.2.8 استفاده شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که رهبری تحول‌گرا بر خلاقیت و توانمندسازی روانشناختی معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان میامی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. همچنین توانمندسازی روانشناختی بر خلاقیت معلمان تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد و نقش واسطه‌ای توانمندسازی روانشناختی در ارتباط بین رهبری تحول‌گرا و خلاقیت مورد تایید قرار گرفت.

investigating the impact of transformational leadership on creativity and the mediating role of psychological empowerment in elementary school teachers in miami

psychological empowerment. the statistical population of this research was formed by all the elementary school teachers of miami city in the academic year of 1402-1403, whose number was estimated to be around 300. to select the research sample from the sampling method using the number of 165 distributed questionnaires, after discarding invalid and incomplete questionnaires, 148 questionnaires were analyzed and analyzed. to collect data, three rafferty and griffin (2004) transformational leadership questionnaires, coalho creativity questionnaire (2011), and spritzer and mishra (1997) empowerment questionnaire were used. to check the hypotheses of the research, the method of structural equation modeling using a partial square has been used. spss23 and smart-pls 3.2.8 software were used for data analysis in the present study. the findings of the research showed that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the creativity and psychological empowerment of elementary school teachers in miami. also, psychological empowerment has a positive and significant effect on teachers' creativity, and the mediating role of psychological empowerment in the relationship between transformational leadership and creativity was confirmed. key words: empowerment, creativity, transformational leadership style, primary school teachers
