چکیده    The electric vehicle (ev) charging stations based on grid-connected photovoltaic (pv) system need suitable dc-dc boost converter to adapt the output voltage pv panels for the voltage of dc link. a new topology of quasi-resonant dc-dc boost converter is proposed to increase the output voltage of pv panels in ev charging stations. the relations between the voltage and the current are analyzed in operating modes. the proposed converter eases the control by using only one single power switch. moreover, compared with other dc-dc converters, it can reduce the cost and size for ev charging stations without using transformer or coupled-inductor. the simulation and experimental results are presented to validate the operating and performance of the proposed dc–dc converter.
