ادبیات پژوهی رهبری ایثارگرانه

پژوهش حاضر با هدف مطالعه و بررسی ادبیات پیرامون رهبری ایثارگرانه انجام شده است. پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد کیفی و روش تحلیل محتوا انجام شده است که طی آن، منابع مرتبط جستجو، شناسایی و انتخاب شده است که در نهایت از داده‌های 22 سندعلمی، برای مطالعه رهبری ایثارگرانه بهره گرفته شده است. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد، می‌توان برای رهبری ایثارگرانه علل و پیشایندها و همچنین نتایج و پیامدهایی را متصور شد. اهم علل و پیشایندهای رهبری ایثارگرانه شامل اهداف گروهی، ادراک قدرت بالا، احساس تعلق رهبر، هویت تیمی و جمعی، اعتماد به نفس رهبر و در نهایت دیگرخواهی رهبر می‌باشد. همچنین مهم‌ترین نتایج و پیامدهای رهبری ایثارگرانه را می‌توان شامل اثربخشی و عملکرد بهتر، رفتار حمایت‌گرانه، اثربخشی در بسترهای مخاطره‌انگیز، تعهد، همکاری و مسئولیت‌پذیری پیروان، انگیزش رفتارهای فرا اجتماعی، انگیزش به رفتار شهروندی سازمانی، دیگرخواهی، خلاقیت، رفتار ایثارگرانه، احترام به رهبر، سهل‌انگاری کمتر پیروان و در نهایت جلوگیری از بروز پیامدهای منفی بحران دانست. رهبری ایثارگانه، ریشه در تمدن، فرهنگ و باورهای ایرانی-اسلامی داشته و سرمایه رهبری قابل توجهی به شمار می‌رود. لذا توسعه و گسترش چنین سبک رهبری مناسبت بالایی با زیست بوم رهبری سازمانی کشور خواهد داشت.

literature review on self-sacrificial leadership

the present study aim to reviewing the literature on self-sacrificial leadership. the current research has been conducted with a qualitative approach and content analysis method, during which relevant sources have been searched, identified and selected, and finally, the data of 22 scientific studies have been used for the study of self-sacrificial leadership. the results of the present study showed that it is possible to imagine the causes and antecedents as well as the results and consequences for self-sacrificial leadership. the main causes and antecedents of self-sacrificial leadership include group goals, perception of high power, leader s sense of belonging, team and collective identity, leader s self-confidence, and finally leader s altruism. also, the most important results and consequences of self-sacrificial leadership can include effectiveness and better performance, supportive behavior, effectiveness in risky contexts, commitment, cooperation and responsibility of followers, motivation of extra-social behaviors, motivation for organizational citizenship behavior, altruism, creativity, selfless behavior, respect for the leader considered the followers to be less negligent and finally avoid the negative consequences of the crisis. self-sacrificial leadership is rooted in iranian-islamic civilization, culture and beliefs and is considered a significant leadership capital. therefore, the development and expansion of this leadership style will be highly relevant to the country s organizational leadership environment.
