تبیین فلسفی الگوریتم گذر از وضع فعلی به وضع مطلوب بوسیله‌ی تولید علم و فناوری برای حکمرانی در چارچوب تفکر توحیدی

مسئله‌ی اصلی این تحقیق این است که در شرایطی که یک توافق عمومی در خصوص ارتباط بین علم و حکمرانی وجود دارد چگونه می‌توان مسیری برای پیشرفت ترسیم نمود. یک مهندس وقتی می‌خواهد چیزی را بسازد پس از به یقین رسیدن از روش‌های معمول مهندسی در طراحی اقدام به ترسیم نقشه محصول نهایی می‌نماید. در این مقاله تبیین فلسفی الگوریتم صورت گرفته همانند نقشه ساخت محصول نهایی است و ارجاعات قرآنی و چارچوب فکری برگرفته از نظام احسن خلقت استاد جوادی‌آملی همانند فرآیندهای مرسوم مهندسی تا پیش از محصول نهائی است. الگوریتم ارائه شده هم مبتنی بر میل و تشخیص جامعه ارائه شده‌است و چون فرض بر این است که در یک جامعه‌ی دینی وضع فعلی که نامطلوب است و وضع مطلوب برای افکار عمومی یک جامعه قابل تشخیص است می‌توان بدون ترسیم و بررسی عمیق وضع موجود و مطلوب الگوریتم را ارائه نمود. مزیت این روش و پژوهش صورت گرفته در این است که برخلاف رویه مرسوم در علوم انسانی که اول باید علم و حکمرانی را تعریف نمود از نسبت حکمرانی و علم بعنوان پیش‌فرض مسئله استفاده کرده‌است. مزیت این پیش‌فرض این است که از دو چالش جدی حل‌نشده چیستی علم و حکمرانی و همچنین تقدم و تاخر علم و حکمرانی اجتناب نموده‌است اما خروجی مفیدی در مقام یک نظریه کاربردی تولید نموده‌است.

the main issue of this research is how to draw a path for progress when there is a general agreement about the relationship between science and governance. when an engineer wants to build something, he draws a final product plan after being sure of the usual engineering methods in design. in this article, the philosophical explanation of the algorithm is the same as the construction plan of the final product, and the quranic references and the intellectual framework taken from the best creation system of professor javadi amoli are the same as the conventional engineering processes before the final product. the presented algorithm is based on the society s desire and recognition, and since it is assumed that in a religious society, the current situation, which is unfavorable, and the favorable situation can be recognized by the public opinion of a society, it is possible to determine the current and desirable situation of the algorithm without drawing and deeply examining it. presented the advantage of this method and the conducted research is that, contrary to the conventional procedure in human sciences, which first defines science and governance, the ratio of governance and science has been used as the premise of the problem. the advantage of this assumption is that it has avoided the two serious unsolved challenges of what is science and governance, as well as the precedence and backwardness of science and governance, but it has produced a useful output as a practical theory.
