حکمرانی امید (روایتی از انتظار ظهور حضرت مهدی (عج))

هدف پژوهش حاضر، روایت حکمرانی امید با تاسی از انتظار فعالانه ظهور حضرت مهدی (عج)، بوده است. خوانش حکمرانی امید با انتظار فعالانه ظهور حضرت ولی عصر(عج)، سبب تنظیم‌گری، کنش متعالی اجتماعی و نظم جدیدی در عناصر و عوامل جامعه خواهد شد که مدینه فاضله مبتنی بر حکمرانی اسلامی را تصویرپردازی می‌نماید. پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد کیفی و از نوع مرور روایتی انجام شده است که از میان اسناد مرتبط، 30 فیش محتوایی، به شیوه نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، تکمیل گردید تا بتوان روایتی جدید از حکمرانی امید ارائه نمود. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد، اگر حکمرانی فرایندی ناظر بر خط‌مشی‌گذاری، تنظیم‌گری، تصمیم‌گیری و اقدام راهبردی تلقی شود، حکمرانی امید، به کارگیری چنین کارکردهایی در مسیر یک هدف متعالی و آرمانی جهانی، در ساخت آینده معنا پیدا می‌کند. رفیع‌ترین معنای آینده‌نگر و آینده‌ساز، ظهور حضرت حجت (عج) است که به تصویرپردازی از امید فراگیر برای جامعه بشری و تحقق تمامی اجزا و اهداف حکمرانی می‌پردازد. لذا می‌توان حکمرانی امید را خط‌مشی‌گذاری، تنظیم‌گیری، تصمیم‌گیری و اقدام راهبردی در مسیر ظهور حضرت مهدی (عج) و برپایی حکمرانی عدل الهی در جهان دانست.

the hope governance (a narration of waiting for the appearance of hazrat mahdi)

the present research was conducted with the aim of narrating the rule of hope with the influence of actively waiting for the appearance of hazrat mahdi. reading the rule of hope by actively waiting for the appearance of hazrat wali asr, will cause regulation, transcendental social action and a new order in the elements and agents of the society, which portrays the utopia based on islamic governance. the current research has been conducted with a qualitative approach and a narrative review type, and among related documents, 30 content sheets were completed in a purposeful sampling method in order to provide a new narrative of hope governance. the results of the present study showed that if governance is considered a process of overseeing policy making, regulation, decision-making and strategic action, the governance of hope, the application of such functions in the direction of a transcendent and ideal global goal, makes sense in building the future. the highest meaning of forward-looking and future-making is the emergence of hazrat hojjat, which portrays the all-encompassing hope for human society and the realization of all the components and goals of governance. therefore, the rule of hope can be considered as policy setting, regulation, decision-making and strategic action in the path of the emergence of hazrat mahdi and the establishment of the rule of divine justice in the world.
