طراحی مدل مدیریت ایمنی در پروژه های عمرانی و رتبه بندی شاخص های موثر بر اساس نظریهm 4 (مطالعه موردی: کارگاه ساختمانی امام علی (ع))

پروژه های عمرانی و ساختمان سازی بخش عمده ای از حوادث کشور را به خود اختصاص داده که بیشتر آنها منجر به مرگ نیروی کار شده است. هدف اصلی این پژوهش شناسایی مهم ترین شاخص های مدیریت ایمنی در پروژه های عمرانی است که بر پایه نظریه 4m شامل (انسان، تجهیزات، مواد و روش کاری) شکل گرفته است. روش تحقیق از نوع کاربردی بوده و به لحاظ اجرا توصیفی-پیمایشی است. جهت انجام این پژوهش از 54 شاخص در قالب پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق 60 نفر از کارشناسان حوزه عمرانی بود که با جدول مورگان 52 نفر به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شد. همچنین مکان مورد مطالعه کارگاه ساختمانی امام علی (ع) انتخاب شد. مدل مفهومی تحقیق بر اساس نظریه m4 (شامل انسان، ماشین، مواد و روش کاری) طراحی گردید. میانگین رتبه‌ها در معیارها نشان می­­دهد که رتبه اول با امتیاز 4/5 به معیار مدیر در مولفه انسان اختصاص دارد. مقایسه میانگین رتبه‌ در شاخص ها نشان می­­دهد که بالاترین میانگین با امتیاز 36/03 به شاخص تجهیزات حفاظت فردی اختصاص دارد. در آخر راه کارهایی جهت ارتقا تعهد مدیریت و ارایه تجهیزات حفاظت فردی به کارکنان ارایه شده است.

designing a safety management model in construction projects and ranking effective indicators based on 4m theory (case study: imam ali construction workshop)

civil and construction projects account for a major part of the country s accidents, most of which have led to the death of the workforce. the main goal of this research is to identify the most important indicators of safety management in construction projects based on the 4m theory including (people, equipment, materials and work methods). the research method is applied and descriptive-survey in terms of implementation. in order to conduct this research, 54 indicators were used in the form of a researcher-made questionnaire. the statistical population of the research was 60 experts in the field of construction, 52 of whom were selected by simple random method using morgan s table. also, the study site of imam ali construction workshop was selected. the research conceptual model was designed based on the 4m theory (including human, machine, material and work method). the average ratings in the criteria show that the first rank with a score of 4.5 is assigned to the manager s criteria in the human component. the comparison of the average rank in the indicators shows that the highest average with a score of 03.36 is assigned to the index of personal protective equipment. at the end, there are ways to improve the management s commitment and provide personal protective equipment to the employees
