شناسایی عوامل تاثیرگذار بر رشد و تعالی دانشجویان شرکت کننده در کرسی‌های نقد و نظریه پردازی در دانشگاه‌ها وموسسات آموزش‌عالی

یکی از رسالت‏های اصلی دانشگاه‍‌ها، تولید علم است و تولید علم نیازمند فراهم شدن زمینه ‏های لازم به لحاظ سخت ‏افزاری و نرم افزاری است که کرسی‏های نظریه ‏پردازی، نقد و مناظره یکی از مهم‌ترین زمینه‌های مذکور به شمار می ‏آیند. بنابراین کرسی‏های مذکور در کنار فراهم ساختن زمینه ‏های تبادل‏ نظر علمی، شرایط لازم برای بالندگی علمی را در دانشجویان به وجود می‏ آورند. نقش اصلی کرسی‏های مذکور، تسهیل در فرآیند تولید علم، رشد و تعالی دانشجویان است زیرا این کرسی‏ها از طریق شناسایی استعدادهای علمی در دانشگاه و فراهم ساختن زمینه‏ های لازم برای رشد و شکوفایی این استعدادها فرآیند تولید علم را تسهیل کرده و زمینه بهره‌مندی بیشتر جامعه از دستاوردهای علمی را فراهم می‏ سازند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی عوامل تاثیرگذار بر رشد و تعالی دانشجویان شرکت کننده در کرسی‌های نقد و نظریه پردازی علمی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش 17 نفر از دانشجویان، 10 نفر متخصص از اساتید دانشگاه و 30 مقاله بود. این پژوهش ذیل پارادایم تفسیری با روش تحلیل محتوا انجام شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که 4 عامل روان‌شناختی، فرهنگی، آموزشی و اجتماعی از جمله عوامل اصلی موثر بر ارتقاء رشد و تعالی دانشجویان شرکت کننده در کرسی‌های نقد و نظریه پردازی علمی است. براساس نتایج بدست آمده گسترش چنین نشست‌هایی می‌تواند بر افزایش سطح معرفتی قشر دانشجو به عنوان آینده سازان کشور در ابعاد مختلف کمک شایان توجهی نماید و سیاست‌های فرهنگی را جهت نیل به این هدف متعالی سوق دهد.

one of the main missions of universities is the production of science, and the production of science requires the provision of the necessary fields in terms of hardware and software, of which theoretical, critique and debate chairs are one of the most important fields. future. therefore, in addition to providing opportunities for scientific exchange, the mentioned chairs create the necessary conditions for scientific growth in students. the main role of the aforementioned chairs is to facilitate the process of science production, growth and excellence of students because these chairs facilitate the process of science production by identifying scientific talents in the university and providing the necessary grounds for the growth and flourishing of these talents. they provide the basis for society to benefit more from scientific achievements. the purpose of the current research is to identify the factors influencing the growth and excellence of students participating in scientific criticism and theorizing courses. the statistical population of this research was 17 students, 10 university professors and 30 articles. this research was carried out under the interpretation paradigm with the content analysis method. the findings showed that 4 psychological, cultural, educational and social factors are among the main factors affecting the growth and excellence of students participating in scientific criticism and theorizing courses. based on the obtained results, the expansion of such meetings can greatly contribute to the increase of the knowledge level of the students as the future makers of the country in various dimensions and lead cultural policies to achieve this lofty goal.
