بررسی رابطه توانمندسازی و نگرش کارآفرینانه معلمان ابتدایی

سازمانی که اعضای آن دارای نگرش های کارآفرینانه باشند احتمال بیشتری دارد که به سمت خلاقیت و نوآوری گام بردارند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه بین توانمندسازی سازمانی و نگرش کارآفرینانه معلمان ابتدایی طراحی و اجرا گردید. این مطالعه به روش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش کلیه معلمان ابتدایی شهرستان رشتخوار می باشد که 375 نفر است. کل جامعه به روش سرشماری به عنوان نمونه در نظر گرفته شد. نمونه مورد نظر به روش تصادفی انتخاب شد. برای سنجش نگرش کارآفرینانه از پرسشنامه رابینسون و پیتر و برای سنجش توانمندسازی سازمانی از پرسشنامه اسپریتزر و میشرا استفاده شد. میانگین و انحراف استاندارد توانمندسازی سازمانی و نگرش کارآفرینانه به ترتیب60/3±1/451 و 7/52±4/459 بود. بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده از پژوهش حاضر بین توانمندسازی سازمانی و نگرش کارآفرینانه رابطه معناداری بدست آمد و این رابطه مستقیم بود (000/0 , sig= 7/0 r= ). فراهم ساختن تسهیلاتی جهت پیاده سازی استراتژی-های توانمندسازی در بین معلمان ابتدایی با هدف ارتقای نگرش های کارآفرینانه آنها پیشنهاد می شود.

investigating the relationship between employee empowerment and the entrepreneurial attitude of elementary teachers
