بررسی رابطه سواد پژوهشی بر فرهنگ یادگیری سازمانی

در عصر حاضر با وجود شرایط خاص جهانی، نیازمند انعطاف پذیری سازمانی هستیم و برای این منظور معمولاً مدیران تلاش می کنند تا فرهنگ یادگیری سازمانی را در سازمانها توسعه دهند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی بررسی رابطه سواد پژوهشی بر فرهنگ یادگیری سازمانی به اجرا درآمد. این پژوهش از نظر ماهیت و محتوا از نوع همبستگی می باشد. در این تحقیق اطلاعات مربوط به 373 نفر از کارکنان آموزش و پرورش تربت حیدریه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته اند تا بر اساس آن رابطه بین متغیرها برای آزمون فرضیه های تحقیق بررسی شود. داده های جمع-آوری شده با روش معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار smartpls مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد انگیزش سواد پژوهشی، اموزش سواد پژوهشی، برنامه ریزی سواد پژوهشی بر فرهنگ یادگیری سازمانی تاثیر معنی داری دارد.

investigating the relationship between research literacy and organizational learning culture

in today s era, despite the special global conditions, we need organizational flexibility, and for this purpose, managers usually try to develop organizational learning culture in organizations. the present study was carried out with the aim of investigating the relationship between research literacy and organizational learning culture. this research is correlational in nature and content. in this research, the information related to 373 employees of education and training of torbat heydarieh have been analyzed in order to investigate the relationship between the variables to test the research hypotheses. the collected data were analyzed by structural equation method using smartpls software. the results showed that research literacy motivation, research literacy training, and research literacy planning have a significant impact on organizational learning culture.
