بررسی چالش ها و موانع موجود در برنامه درسی آموزش عالی در راستای افزایش خودکارآمدی و انگیزش نیروی انسانی مورد نیاز در صنعت گیاهان دارویی تربت حیدریه

امروزه گرایش عمومی جامعه به استفاده از داروهای گیاهی به علت ثروتمند تر شدن جوامع جهانی، ایجاد تنوع در فرهنگ مصرف، اثبات اثرات مخرب و جانبی داروهای شیمیایی و افزایش اعتماد به استفاده از گیاهان دارویی در اجتماعات صنعتی و ایجاد آلودگی های زیست محیطی باعث افزایش توجه به سمت درمان از طریق عصاره گیری و ساخت داروهای گیاهی به روش قدیم و کاربرد گسترده اسانس گیاهان دارویی در طیف وسیعی از فرآورده های غذایی شده است. یکی از مهمترین عواملی که موجبات این امر را فراهم خواهد آورد، تدوین برنامه درسی متناسب با آن خواهد بود . در مقاله ی حاضر سعی شده است چالش های پیش رو در تدوین برنامه درسی مناسب در این حوزه مورد نقد و بررسی قرار گیرد . با روش سنتز پژوهی تلاش شد تا مقالات علمی تدوین شده در بازه زمانی 1392 تا 1402 که به چالش ها و موانع پیش رو در برنامه درسی آموزش عالی در این خصوص پرداخته اند مورد نقد و بررسی قرار گرفته و سپس نتایج آن مورد نقد واقع شوند.

today, the general tendency of the society to use herbal medicines due to the wealth of global societies, creating diversity in consumption culture, proving the harmful and side effects of chemical medicines and increasing trust in the use of medicinal plants in industrial societies and creating environmental pollution has increased attention. it has turned towards treatment through extracting and making herbal medicines in the old way and the wide application of essential medicinal plants in a wide range of food products. one of the most important factors that will cause this will be the development of an appropriate curriculum. in the present article, it has been tried to review the upcoming challenges in developing a suitable curriculum in this field. with the method of research synthesis, an attempt was made to review the scientific articles compiled in the period of 2012 to 2022, which dealt with the challenges and obstacles in the higher education curriculum in this regard, and then the results were reviewed.
