بررسی تاثیر آموزش راه حل محور بر مهارت های ارتباطی و سازگاری اجتماعی معلمان

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر آموزش راه حل محور بر مهارت های ارتباطی و سازگاری اجتماعی معلمان بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه معلمان مرد مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان صالح آباد بود که 180 نفر بودند. از میان جامعه آماری با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای، 8 دبستان انتخاب و پرسشنامه سازگاری اجتماعی بل (1995) و پرسشنامه تجدید نظرشده مهارت های ارتباطی جرابک (2004) بر روی معلمان اجرا و براساس نمره پرسشنامه های مربوطه، 30 نفر که دارای ملاک های ورود و خروج بودند، نمونه آماری را تشکیل دادند. این 30 نفر به طور تصادفی در 2 گروه 15 نفره آزمایش و کنترل گزینش شدند که گروه آزمایش آموزش راه حل محور را دریافت کرد و گروه کنترل در لیست انتظار قرار دارند. همچنین برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از تحلیل کوواریانس و با استفاده از نرم افزار spss انجام شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که آموزش راه حل محور به طور معناداری باعث افزایش مهارت های ارتباطی و سازگاری اجتماعی معلمان شد. به طور خلاصه معلمانی که در گروه آزمایش بودند، نسبت معلمانی که در گروه گواه بودند، به طور معناداری مهارت های ارتباطی و سازگاری اجتماعی آنها بهبود یافت. پیشنهاد میشود در پژوهشی اثر بخشی آموزش راه حل محور با سایر درمان ها و نیز آموزش گروهی با مداخله و درمان فردی مقایسه شود.

the effect of solution-focused training on communication skills and social adjustment teachers

the aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of solution-focused training on communication skills and social adjustment of teachers . the study population included all male teachers in elementary schools in torbat-e saleh was in the 96-1395 school year, 180 were.among the population using cluster sampling, 8 primary school and social adjustment questionnaire bell (1995) and revised questionnaire communication skills jerabek (2004) conducted on teachers and on the basis of the relevant questionnaire, 30 of which criteria word and departure were formed sample.the 30 patients randomly divided into two groups of 15 experimental and controls were selected, the experimental group received solution-focused training and the control group did not receive any treatment. to analysis of the data the covariance analysis and spss software used to accelerate results.the results showed that solution-focused training significantly enhances communication skills and social adjustment were teachers.in summary, teachers who were in the experimental group than teachers in the control group had significantly improved their communication skills and social adjustment. it is suggested that the effectiveness of solution-focused research and training with other treatment group compared with the control and treatment of the individual.
