بررسی نقش سازمان یادگیرنده بر ارتقای مهارت های یادگیری خودراهبر الکترونیکی کارکنان آموزش و پرورش

در عصر حاضر یادگیری خود راهبر الکترونیکی را به عنوان تمایلی برای در پیش گرفتن راهبردی فعال و خود شروع کننده تعریف میکنند که در ارتباط با فعالیت ها و موقعیت های یادگیری مربوط به کار بوده و برای چیره شدن بر موانع یادگیری پافشاری می کنند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش سازمان یادگیرنده بر ارتقای مهارت های یادگیری خودراهبر الکترونیکی کارکنان آموزش و پرورش به اجرا درآمد. این پژوهش از نظر ماهیت و محتوا از نوع همبستگی می باشد. در این تحقیق اطلاعات مربوط به 373 نفر از کارکنان آموزش و پرورش تربت حیدریه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته اند تا بر اساس آن رابطه بین متغیرها برای آزمون فرضیه های تحقیق بررسی شود. داده های جمع آوری شده با روش معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار smartpls مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد تسلط فردی، الگوهای ذهنی، ایجاد دورنمای مشترک، یادگیری تیمی و تفکر سیستمی بر ارتقای مهارت‌های یادگیری خودراهبر الکترونیکی تاثیر معنی داری دارد.

examining the role of the learning organization on the promotion of electronic self-directed learning skills of education staff

in today s era, electronic self-directed learning is defined as a desire to adopt an active and self-initiated strategy that is related to work-related learning activities and situations and insists on overcoming learning obstacles. the current research was carried out with the aim of investigating the role of the learning organization on improving the self-directed electronic learning skills of education workers. this research is correlational in nature and content. in this research, the information related to 373 employees of education and training of torbat heydarieh have been analyzed in order to investigate the relationship between the variables to test the research hypotheses. the collected data were analyzed by structural equation method using smartpls software. the results showed that individual mastery, mental patterns, creating a common perspective, team learning and system thinking have a significant effect on improving self-directed electronic learning skills.
