پتروگرافی گارنت های علم کندی- کوه بلقیس و بررسی کاربرد گارنت ها در گوهرشناسی

منطقه مورد مطالعه در فاصله 5/8 کیلومتری تخت سلیمان شهرستان تکاب از توابع استان آذربایجان غربی واقع شده است. در منطقه تکاب، فلززایی کانسارها و نشانه‌های معدنی و گوهری بسیاری وجود دارد. از 24 نمونه برداشت شده، تعداد 12 عدد مقطع نازک مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در بررسی‌های پتروگرافی دو گروه سنگی نام‌گذاری شده است که شامل پیروکسن گارنت اسکارن و گارنت پیروکسن اسکارن. در پیروکسن گارنت اسکارن بافت آن‌ها ریزبلور بوده و بلورهای خودشکل تا بی‌شکل پیروکسن و گارنت با ابعاد غالب کوچکتر از 100 میکرون به صورت گرانولار در کنار همدیگر قابل مشاهده هستند. در برخی از بلورهای گارنت دارای زونینگ هستند. نمونه‌های پیروکسن گارنت اسکارن در ارتباط با یک سنگ متاسوماتیسم شده و به عبارتی متاسوماتیسم در ارتباط با هاله‌های اسکارنی هستند همچنین اثر دگرسانی پسرونده، کانی‌هایی مثل کلریت و اکتینولیت در اثر دگرسانی پیروکسن در این نمونه‌ها تشکیل شده است. به نظر می‌رسد که پیروکسن ابتدا تشکیل شده و در ادامه گارنت شکل گرفته و با توقف تشکیل پیروکسن، گارنت نسل دوم ادامه داشته است. در نمونه‌های گارنت پیروکسن اسکارن مطالعات میکروسکوپی نشان داد، که این نمونه‌ها مربوط به متاسوماتیسم اسکارنی است و گارنت بخش عمده نمونه را تشکیل داده است (حدود 70 درصد نمونه). بلورهای گارنت متوسط بلور تا درشت بلور بوده و ابعاد برخی از آن‌ها به چند میلیمتر نیز رسیده است و شکستگی‌های زیادی در گارنت‌‌ها رخ داده است.

garnet petrography of alam kennedy - balqis mountain and the study of garnet application in gemology

the studied area is located at a distance of 8.5 km from takht suleiman, takab city, west azarbaijan province. there are many mineral deposits and mineral signs and gems in takab region. from the 24 samples collected, 12 thin sections were examined. in petrographic studies, two groups of rocks, including skarn pyroxene garnet and garnet pyroxene skarn, have been named. in pyroxene garnet skarn, their texture is microcrystalline, and self-shaped to amorphous pyroxene and garnet crystals with dominant dimensions of less than 100 microns are seen next to each other as grains. some garnet crystals have zoning. pyroxene skarn garnet samples are related to a metasomatized rock, and in other words, metasomatism is related to skarn halos, also due to regressive alteration, minerals such as chlorite and actinolite were formed due to pyroxene alteration in these samples. it appears that pyroxene formed first and then garnet, and when pyroxene formation ceased, second-generation garnet continued. in the garnet pyroxene skarn samples, microscopic studies showed that these samples are related to skarn metasomatism and garnet constitutes a major part of the sample (about 70% of the sample). the garnet crystals are medium to coarse and some of them are several millimeters in size, and many fractures have occurred in the garnets.
