چکیده    This research paper investigates the effects of polyethylene oxide (peo) and polyvinyl alcohol (pva) on the morphology of electrospun silk fibroin (sf) nanofibers for bone tissue engineering applications. sf alone has limitations in electrospinning due to low viscosity and surface tension. the study aims to characterize the nanofiber morphology, diameter distribution, and cell adhesion of sf/peo and sf/pva blend nanofiber structures. scanning electron microscopy (sem) and cell attachment assays were employed for analysis. the results show that peo incorporation improves uniformity and reduces diameter variation, enhancing cell adhesion. in contrast, pva incorporation contributes to uniformity but leads to broader diameter distribution and lower cell adhesion compared to sf/peo. these findings provide valuable insights for designing composite nanofiber scaffolds with tailored properties for tissue engineering applications.
