چکیده
|
Silicon is a promising material as anode of next generation libs (lithium-ion batteries) since of its high specific capacity and high energy density. compared to graphite, silicon offers higher specific capacity. due to silicon s volume change and pulverization during lithuation/delithuation, the capacity fades after few cycles. different nano structures of silicon have been hired to increase the number of cycles؛ also, wide range of silicon-carbon composites are used to improve electrode s performance. self-healing materials and doping of other materials can also improve the electrode s performance. in this review noted samples are introduced so as their fabrication method and performance
