چکیده

In this article we introduce the concept of bone tissue engineering (bte) and discuss the characteristics that an ideal bone scaffold used in bte should possess. then we focus on additive manufacturing, as a promising technique for fabricating bone scaffolds, also discuss the different types of 3d printing methods used in bone scaffold fabrication, including fused deposition modeling (fdm), selective laser sintering (sls), stereolithography (sla), digital light processing (dlp), inkjet 3d printing, and bioprinting. each method is described with its advantages and limitations. overall, this article provides a comprehensive overview of the role of additive manufacturing in bone tissue engineering.
