چکیده    This study introduces a bioactive scaffold for bone regeneration based on starch aldehyde-silk fibroin (sf) nanofiber. after the scaffold was fabricated, calcium phosphate (cap) was deposited throughout to achieve bioactivity. the scaffold was evaluated in terms of their morphology and structure. the mean value of the pore size in the prepared sample before deposition of cap was 139.91 ±74.28 μm. the appearance of calcium and phosphate peaks in the corresponding eds spectrum of the cap-modified scaffold indicates that cap deposits formed throughout the sf/aldehyde-modified starch composite scaffolds. needle-like hydroxyapatite structures were formed after calcium phosphate deposition
