چکیده
|
بررسی خواص مختلف در قطعات تولیدی به روش متالورژی پودر امروزه دارای اهمیت بسیار زیادی به دلیل کاربرد و رقابت باسایر روش های تولید می باشد. بسیاری از قطعات مکانیکی تولید شده توسط متالورژی پودر در معرض بارگذاری مکانیکی استاتیکی یا دینامیکی قرار می گیرند. مکانیسم‌های سایش و پارامترهای طراحی و عواملی همچنین درصد تخلخل و خواص مکانیکی قطعات بر روی میزان سایش اثردارد.به همین منظور درپژوهش اثرات سطحی سایش بر روی توپوگرافی دو قطعه تولیدی به روش متالورژی پودری و پارامترهای موثر بر روی آن بررسی و مقایسه شده است.

Abstract
|
investigatingdifferent properties in parts produced by powder metallurgy is very important nowadays due to the application and competition with other production methods. many mechanical parts produced by powder metallurgy are subjected to static or dynamic mechanical loading. wear mechanisms and design parameters and other factors also affect the percentage of porosity and mechanical properties of the parts on the amount of wear. for this purpose, in researching the surface effects of wear on the topography of two parts produced by the powder metallurgy method, the effective parameters on it have been investigated and compared
