بررسی رفتار خوردگی فولاد st37جوشکاری شده به روش های gmaw و fcaw تحت گازهای محافظ مختلف

فولاد st37 فولادی کم کربن است که به واسطه درصد کربن بسیار کم، جوش پذیری مناسبی داشته و به همین دلیل نسبت به سایر رقبای خود دارای کاربرد بسیار زیادی مانند کاربردهای ساختمانی، تاسیساتی، مخازن و حتی کشتی سازی دارد. این نوع فولاد معمولا مقاومت به خوردگی ضعیفی داشته و در صورت نیاز به افزایش آن از فرآیندهای مهندسی سطح استفاده می شود. در این پژوهش سعی بر آن شده است تا با در نظر گرفتن شرایط جوشکاری ترمیمی با اتمسفرهای متفاوت رفتار خوردگی ناحیه جوش ایجاد شده بررسی شود. بدین منظور طبق نتایج پلاریزاسیون پتانسیودینامیک برداشت می شود که اتمسفر گاز کربن دی اکسید نسبت به اتمسفر مخلوط گاز کربن دی اکسید و گاز آرگون مناسب تر است.

investigation the corrosion behavior of st37 steel welded by gmaw and fcaw methods under different shielding gases

st37 steel is a low-carbon steel that has good weldability due to its very low carbon percentage, and for this reason, compared to its competitors, it has many uses, such as construction applications, facilities, tanks and even shipbuilding. this type of steel usually has weak corrosion resistance, and if it needs to be increased, surface engineering processes are used. in this research, an attempt has been made to investigate the corrosion behavior of the created weld area by considering the repair welding conditions with different atmospheres. for this purpose, according to the results of the potentiodynamic polarization, it is concluded that the atmosphere of carbon dioxide gas is more suitable than the atmosphere of the mixture of carbon dioxide gas and argon gas.
