آموزش مهارت جوشکاری

اولین شیوه نوین سیستم آموزشی مهارتی در حرفه ی جوشکاری در جهان با هدف تغییر رویکرد سیستم های سنتی آموزشی بوده است، این سبک از آموزش جوشکاری در فازهای مختلف آموزش در 2 فرآیند جوشکاری برق (swaw) و فرآیند جوشکاری تنگستن تحت پوشش گاز محافظ آرگون(gtaw) شیوه نوینی را در جهان با هدف افزایش مهارت پایه گذاری کرده است. در اجرای فرآیند آموزش جوشکاری که کارآموزان فنی و حرفه ای امام خمینی (ره) شهرستان مسجدسلیمان این آموزش ها را فرا گرفته و بر روی قطعات فلزی اجرا نمودند، این شیوه آموزش به 4روش تحقیقی، نمونه گیری، اجرایی و گرفتن تست بعد از اجرای جوشکاری قطعات جوشکاری شده آنها را ارزیابی نموده و کیفیت و کمیت آنها مشخص گردیده است. ویژگی این شیوه آموزش برای اولین بار در ایران و جهان با افزایش سرعت فراگیری جوشکاری، افزایش کیفیت در جوشکاری، افزایش سرعت اجرای فرآیندهای جوشکاری، اجرای تکنیک های جوشکاری و فرآیند بهره گیری از دستگاه فرز و نحوه اجرای آن بر روی قطعات لوله های کربنی6 اینچ به ضخامت 8 میلی متر می باشد.
