مشخصه یابی شیمیایی رطوبت فیلترکیک کنسانتره مگنتیتی گل‏ گهر سیرجان

یکی از مهم ترین جنبه های موثر بر خواص گندله، خواص رطوبت باقی مانده در فیلترکیک کنسانتره مورد استفاده در گندله سازی است. هدف اصلی در این پژوهش، مشخصه یابی شیمیایی و بررسی یون های باقی مانده در رطوبت فیلترکیک کنسانتره تولید شده در مرحله فرآوری در شرکت معدنی و صنعتی گل گهر است. این ارزیابی روی مقادیر آنیون های سولفاتی و کلرایدی و کاتیون های منیزیم و کلسیم صورت گرفته است. نتایج حاکی از حضور بیشتر این یون ها در رطوبت فیلترکیک نسبت به آب گندله سازی بوده است. به طوری که مقدار یون سولفات و کلراید نسبت به کاتیون های منیزیم و کلسیم بیشتر است و غلظت آنیون سولفات به حدود mg/l 19.000 می‏رسد. در نهایت این مقادیر بیشتر آنیون ها و کاتیون ها منجر به افزایش هدایت الکتریکی رطوبت فیلترکیک به حدود µs/cm 50.000 می‏شود. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از تاثیرپذیری احتمالی کیفیت گندله تولیدی از یون های منتقل شده از واحد فرآوری همراه با کنسانتره مگنتیتی به واحد گندله‏سازی است.

chemical characterization of filter cake moisture of magnetite concentrate from gol-e-gohar sirjan

one of the most important aspects affecting the pellet properties is the properties of the remaining moisture in the filter cake concentrate used in pelletizing. the main goal of this research is to determine the chemical characteristics and investigate the remaining ions in the moisture content of the concentrate filter cake produced during the processing stage in golgohar mining and industrial company. this assessment has been done on the amount of sulfate and chloride anions and magnesium and calcium cations. the results indicated that more of these ions were present in the filter cake moisture than in the pelletizing water. so that the amount of sulfate and chloride ions is more than magnesium and calcium cations, and the concentration of sulfate anion reaches about 19,000 mg/l. eventually, more amount of anions and cations lead to an increase electrical conductivity of filter cake moisture to about 50,000 µs/cm. the results of the research indicate the possible influence of the produced pellets quality from the ions transferred from the processing unit along with the magnetite concentrate to the pelletizing unit.
