چکیده
|
یکی از پارامترهای بسیار مهم و تاثیرگذار بر فرآیند گندله‌سازی، بلین(سطح‌مخصوص:blaine )کنسانتره مصرفی است. به جهت بهبود بلین کنسانتره در کارخانه گندله‌سازی سه‌چاهون ازhpgr مدل 750/20,5-owh 1850 pg 1eشرکت کوپرن(koppern) استفاده می‌شود. لذا به جهت بررسی عملکرد hpgr و بهبود پارامترهای آن داده های ثبت شده نظیر بلین ورودی، رطوبت‌کنسانتره، فشارجک‌های تجهیز و... به مدت دو ماه مورد بررسی و توسط آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون(pearson correlation coefficient ) مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج بررسی‌ها نشان می‌دهد که سه عامل بلین‌ورودی، درصد بار برگشتی و رطوبت کنسانتره بیشترین تاثیر را در بلین خروجی دارد.

Abstract
|
one of the most important and influential parameters on the pelletizing process is blaine (blaine specific surface) of concentrate. hpgr model 750/20,5-owh 1850 pg 1e of koppern company is used in order to improve the concentrate blaine in sechahoun pelletizing factory. therefore, in order to check the performance of hpgr and improve its parameters, the recorded data such as input blaine, moisture concentration, hydraulic pressure of jacks, etc., were investigated for two months and analyzed by pearson s correlation coefficient test. the results of the investigations show that the three factors of input blaine, return load percentage and moisture content of the concentrate have the greatest effect on the .output blaine
