تولید فوم فلزی آهنی با استفاده از پودر اکسید آهن با روش استفاده از فضا ساز نمک

در این پژوهش تولید فوم فلزی بر پایه آهن و با روش فضاساز نمک مورد مطالعه قرارگرفته است. از پودر اکسید آهن به عنوان ماده ی اصلی زمینه، که در طول فرآیند ساخت احیا میگردد و به آهن تبدیل می شود ، استفاده شده و از نمک طعام نیز به عنوان فضاسازبهره گرفته شده است. نمک مورد استفاده طی عملیات انحلال در آب از نمونه اولیه که با پرس شدن در قالب ساخته شده، خارج می شود و تخلخل را ایجاد می کند. سپس نمونه ها پخت داده شده و عملیات احیا در اتمسفر هیدروژن روی آنها صورت گرفته است. فوم های تولید شده در این مطالعه دارای %60 تخلخل هستند که با انجام تست فشار مشخص شد انرژی برابرmj/m3 25.35 را جذب می کنند.

manufacturing of iron metallic foam using fe2o3 powder by nacl space holder method

in this research, the production of metal foam based on iron with the salt space holder method has been studied. iron oxide powder is used as the main material of the background, which is regenerated during the manufacturing process and turns into iron, and salt is also used as a space holder. the salt used during the process of dissolution in water is removed from the prototype made by pressing in the mold and creates porosity. then the samples were sintered and the reduction operation was done in hydrogen atmosphere on them. the foams produced in this study have 60% porosity, which was determined to absorb energy equal to 25.35 .mj/m3 by performing a pressure test
