تولید نانو پودر اکسیدآهن حاصل از بازیافت ضایعات صنعت فولاد

در صنعت شکل دهی فولاد مانند تولید پروفیل و لوله فولادی، ضایعات اکسیدی به صورت لجن در حین عملیات شکل دهی تولید می شود که معمولاً 0.15 درصد از حجم فولاد تولیدی را شامل می شود. این ضایعات عمدتاً حاوی آهن و سایر ترکیبات اکسید آهن هستند که معمولاً بازگشت آن به چرخه تولید آهن یا سایر محصولات قابل استفاده دشوار و پیچیده است. در این پژوهش، اکسیدآهن به دست آمده از این لجن، پس از مراحل مختلف فرآوری و خالص سازی، بازیافت شده و با انجام عملیات حرارتی دوباره، سنتز شده و خواص مختلف آن از جمله ترکیب شیمیایی، توزیع اندازه ذرات و مورفولوژی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. این ذرات دارای خلوص بالایی در حدود 98.5% که ساختار فازی آن مگنتیت است. توزیع اندازه ذرات یکنواخت و حدود 80 نانومتر است.
