چکیده
|
آلیاژ ti-6al-4v با داشتن خواص مکانیکی، خوردگی و بیولوژیکی منحصر به فرد، کاربرد گسترده‌ای در صنایع مختلف به ویژه صنایع پزشکی دارد. اخیراً با توجه به مزایای روش‌های ساخت افزودنی، تولید این آلیاژ با این روش‌ها مورد توجه محقیق بسیاری قرار گرفته است. در این مقاله با توجه به کارهای منتشر شده در زمینه تولید آلیاژ ti-6al-4v با روش ذوب لیزری انتخابی، پارامترهای تولید بهینه و ریزساختار حاصله مورد بحث قرار خواهد گرفت.

Abstract
|
ti-6al-4v alloy having the unique mechanical, corrosion and biological properties is extensively used in various industries especially in the biomedical fields. recently, due to the advantages of the additive manufacturing method, producing components from ti-6al-4v alloy using this procedure is interested by scientists. in this work, based on the published studies in the field of the ti-6al-4v alloy production using the selective laser melting method, the optimum manufacturing parameters and the resulted microstructures will be discussed.
