مروری بر اثر عصاره مالت جو برعملکرد رشد، پاسخ ایمنی و جمعیت میکروبی روده طیور

استفاده پیشگیرانه از آنتی بیوتیک‌ها در تغذیه طیور به منظور بهبود رشد مستند است. از طرفی با شناسایی مقاومت آنتی‌بیوتیکی و ایجاد نقص درمانی در جمعمیت انسانی محققان به دنبال جایگزین کردن محرک های رشد بدون عوارض جانبی هستند. استفاده از ترکیبات فیتوژنیک و فیتوبیوتیک مانند برخی ترکیبات گیاهی و مشتقات آن ها در خوراک طیور گوشتی و تخم‌گذار تاثیر مثبتی بر افزایش وزن، مصرف خوراک، ضریب تبدیل غذایی، سلامتی پرنده و همچنین بهبود عملکرد دستگاه گوارش، تنظیم سیستم ایمنی و خواص آنتی‌اکسیدانی دارند. یکی از افزودنی های گیاهی که اخیراً جهت استفاده در خوراک دام و طیور معرفی شده، عصاره مالت جو است. عصاره مالت جو از دانه جو جوانه زده طی فرآیند مالتینگ تولید می شود. طی روند مالتینگ ساختار دانه جو اصلاح می‌شود و ترکیبات مغذی دانه افزایش می‌یابد. عصاره مالت دارای ترکیبات آنتی‌اکسیدان، ویتامین‌های گروه b، آهن، سلنیوم، روی، پتاسیم، منگنز، منیزیم، قندهای الیگوساکاریدی شامل مالتوز و مالتوتریوز است. در زمینه تاثیر عصاره مالت جو بر طیور تحقیقات زیادی انجام شده است. لذا هدف از این مطالعه مروری، جمع آوری تحقیقات و پژوهش هایی است که در سال های اخیر، در رابطه با تاثیر عصاره مالت جو بر روی طیور است. طبق مطالعات انجام شده استفاده عصاره مالت جو در جیره طیور باعث بهبود سیستم ایمنی و حفاظت از پرزهای روده می‌شوند. در نتیجه، جذب مواد مغذی بهبود می یابد از طرف دیگر کربوهیدرات ها و ترکیبات الیگوساکاریدی عصاره مالت سبب رشد باکتری های مفید دستگاه گوارش شده و از رشد باکتری های مضر جلوگیری می کند.

the preventive use of antibiotics in poultry nutrition to improve growth is documented. on the other hand, by identifying antibiotic resistance and creating therapeutic deficiencies in human population, researchers are looking to replace growth stimulants without side effects. the use of phytogenic and phytobiotic compounds such as some plant compounds and their derivatives in broiler and laying poultry feed have a positive effect on weight gain, feed consumption, feed conversion ratio, bird health, as well as improving digestive system function, immune system regulation, and antioxidant properties. one of the plant additives that has recently been introduced for use in animal and poultry feed is barley malt extract. barley malt extract is produced from sprouted barley grains during the malting process. during the malting process, the structure of the barley grain is modified and the nutritional composition of the grain increases much research has been done on the effect of barley malt extract on poultry. much research has been done on the effect of barley malt extract on poultry. according to the studies, the use of barley malt extract in the poultry diet improves the immune system and protects the intestinal villi. as a result, the absorption of nutrients is improved. on the other hand, carbohydrates and oligosaccharide compounds of malt extract cause the growth of beneficial bacteria in the digestive tract and prevent the growth of harmful bacteria.
