بررسی تاثیر سطوح متفاوت هسته وروغن هسته انار بر عملکرد، صفات کیفی تخم‌مرغ، متابولیت‌های سرم و مینرال‌های پلاسما خون مرغان تخم‌گذار

مقدمه و هدف: استفاده از آنتی‌بیوتیک‌ها و آنتی اکسیدان‌های مصنوعی به دلیل افزایش آثار سمی وافزایش بیماری‌ سرطانی باید کاهش یابند و استفاده از گیاهان دارویی و ترکیبات آنتی‌اکسیدانی آنها برای کاهش و یا به تاخیر انداختن اکسیداسیون چربی‌ها و بهبود سیستم ایمنی پرندگان افزایش یافته است. به منظور بررسی تاثیر سطوح متفاوت هسته و روغن هسته انار بر عملکرد ،صفات کیفی تخم‌مرغ ، متابولیت های سرم و،مینرال های پلاسما خون مرغان تخم‌گذار، این آزمایش طراحی و انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: تعداد 144 قطعه مرغ تخم‌گذار از نژاد لگهورن سفید آمیخته تجاری( های –لاینw80 )در 9 تیمار، چهار تکرار و چهار قطعه مرغ در هر تکرار توزیع شده‌اند. آزمایش فوق در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار سطح هسته انار و چهار سطح روغن هسته انار به مدت ده هفته ازسن 25 لغایت تا 35هفتگی انجام گرفت. جیره ها از نظر انرژی و پروتئین یکسان و بر اساس احتیاجات غذایی ،nrc 1994 و با توجه به توصیه های شرکت مرغک تنظیم شدند.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از سطوح متفاوت هسته و روغن هسته انار بر وزن تخم مرغ، وزن توده تخم مرغ، درصد تولید تخم مرغ ، ضریب تبدیل ، واحد ها، وزن پوسته و استحکام و ضخامت پوسته تخم مرغ تاثیر معنی داری نداشت. ولی شاخص سفیده ، شاخص زرده ، وزن مخصوص تخم مرغ تحت تاثیر معنی داری قرار گرفت(p<0.05) میزان کلسترول ، تری گلیسرید وغلظت لیپوپروتیئن با چگالی پایین خون مرغ ها با افزایش میزان مصرف هسته و روغن هسته انار کاهش یافتند(p<0.05) . میزان غلظت لیپوپروتیئن با چگالی زیاد خون مرغ ها با افزایش هسته و زوغن هسته انار افزایش یافت. (p<0.05).نتیجه گیری: باتوجه به یافته‌های مطالعه حاضر پیشنهاد می‌گردد جهت ارتقاءسلامت جامعه انسانی، کاهش هزینه های تولید و کاهش آلودگی محیط زیست با توجه به عدم کاهش تولید و تاثیر مثبت بر متابولیت های خونی مرغ ها ، از هسته و روغن هسته انار در خوراک مرغ های تخمگذار استفاده شود.

investigating the effect of different levels of pomegranate kernel and oil on performance, egg quality traits, serum metabolites and blood plasma minerals of laying hens

introduction and purpose: the use of synthetic antibiotics and antioxidants should be reduced due to the increase in toxic effects and the increase in cancer, and the use of medicinal plants and their antioxidant compounds to reduce or delay the oxidation of fats and improve the immune system of birds has increased. in order to investigate the effect of different levels of pomegranate kernel and kernel oil on performance, egg quality, serum metabolites and blood plasma minerals of laying hens, this experiment was designed and carried out.materials and methods: a number of 144 laying hens of commercial mixed white leghorn breed (hi-linew80) were distributed in 9 treatments, four replicates and four chicken pieces in each replicate. the above experiment was conducted in the form of a completely randomized design with four levels of pomegranate seeds and four levels of pomegranate seed oil for ten weeks from the age of 25 to 35 weeks. the rations were the same in terms of energy and protein and were adjusted based on nutritional requirements, nrc 1994 and according to the recommendations of the poultry company.findings: the results showed that the use of different levels of pomegranate kernel and kernel oil had no significant effect on egg weight, egg mass weight, egg production percentage, conversion factor, haw unit, shell weight, and egg shell strength and thickness. but the white index, yolk index, specific weight of eggs were significantly affected (p<0.05). the amount of cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein concentration in the blood of chickens decreased with the increase in the consumption of pomegranate seeds and oil (p<0.05). ) the concentration of high-density lipoprotein in the blood of chickens increased with the increase of pomegranate kernels. (p<0.05).conclusion: according to the findings of the present study, it is suggested to improve the health of human society, reduce production costs and reduce environmental pollution due to the lack of reduction in production and the positive effect on the blood metabolites of chickens, from the seeds and oil of pomegranate seeds in chicken feed. laying is used.
