رویکرد رسانه ملی به زبان فارسی و زبان ‌های محلی: تحلیلی انتقادی در چهارچوب سیاست و برنامه‌ریزی زبان

رسانه در کنار نهاد آموزش نقشی اساسی در حفظ و تقویت زبان ها دارد و از همین روست که جایگاهی ویژه در الگوهای مطرح حوزه سیاست و برنامه‌ریزی زبان دارد. در پژوهش حاضر با بهره‌گیری از الگوی جانسون (2013) که تلفیقی مبتکرانه از رویکرد تحلیل گفتمان انتقادی و چهارچوب سیاست و برنامه‌ریزی زبان است، به کشف رویکرد رسانه ملی در قبال زبان فارسی و زبانهای محلی پرداخته شده است. بدین منظور، با استخراج رویدادهای مرتبط با موضوع زبان در دو سطح مکتوب و شفاهی و بررسی متن و فرامتن آنها، به شکلی توصیفی و تحلیلی به بررسی آنها پرداخته شد. یافته‌ها بیانگر آن است که رویکرد رسانه ملی به زبان فارسی «ارتقامحور» و البته محدود به لایه‌هایی از سطوح برنامه‌ریزی پیکره‌ای و رویکرد آن به زبان‌های محلی «اقتضامحور» است. یافته‌های این پژوهش می‌تواند زمینه بهره‌گیری از چهارچوب سیاست و برنامه‌ریزی زبان در راستای تدوین نقشه‌‌راهی با هدف تقویت زبان فارسی و حفظ زبان های محلی را فراهم آورد.

irib's approach to persian and local languages: a critical evaluation based on language policy and planning framework

along with education, the media plays a fundamental role in preserving and strengthening languages. understanding the importance of this issue, in the current research, an attempt has been made to explore the approach of the national media, using an efficient model adopted from johnson (2013) which is an innovative combination of the critical discourse analysis approach and the framework of language policy and planning. for this purpose, by extracting events related to the subject of language in both written and oral levels and examining their text and hypertext, they were descriptively and analytically studied. the findings indicate that the national media’s approach to the persian language is a promotion-oriented approach and its approach to local languages is expedience-oriented. the findings of this research can not only be useful in the critical evaluation of language management in the national media, but it can also be the basis for using the framework of language policy and planning in order to develop a roadmap with the aim of strengthening of the persian language and preserving of local languages.
