مبانی و ماهیت روابط مقامات محلی با تاکید برتعاملات استانی در نظام اداری جمهوری اسلامی ایران

از جمله موارد مطرح در حقوق عمومی بحث حکومت های محلی و به تبع آن روابط مقامات محلی می باشد که حدود وظایف و اختیارات آنها حائز اهمیت است هدف از این پژوهش این است که ضمن تعریف و تعیین اوصاف مقامات محلی، روابط آنها با دیگر مقامات محلی مورد تاکید قرار گیرد تا بتوانیم ابهامات موجود را در نظام اداری را مرتفع کنیم. لذا نتایج و دستاوردهای آن می تواند در جهت رفع مشکلات شهروندان مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. سوالی که مطرح است مبانی و ماهیت رابطه مقامات محلی در نظام اداری کشور چیست؟ جهت پاسخ از روش تصیفی تحلیلی و به صورت کتابخانه ای به آن پرداخته شده است که بر اساس یافته ها تحقیق، این روابط بر اساس رویه های موجود در نظام اداری کشور مطابق با قوانین و مقررات شکل گرفته و تعاملات سیاسی در آن نقش موثری دارد . که در این تحقیق ضمن بررسی موضوع راهکارهایی جهت بهبود آن ارائه گردیده است.

the foundations and nature of local authorities relations with emphasis on provincial interactions in the administrative system of the islamic republic of iran

among the cases raised in public law is the discussion of local governments, and the officials of these local organizations have legal relationships, the limits of their duties and powers are formed based on the laws and regulations in the country's administrative system, which have their own foundations and nature. in addition to legal review emphasizing the laws and regulations of the country better understanding of these relations can be achieved with related topics which in this study has tried to define and determine the characteristics of local authorities and examine their relations with other local authorities whether elective or appointed but the relationship between these officials and the central government has also been important and emphasized so that we can eliminate ambiguities by analyzing these issues of course these relations are based on the procedures in the country's administrative system according to the laws and regulations and the goal is to seek to eliminate the problems of the residents of the place or the citizens, and experience has shown that always explaining different issues in the first step can be the solution to problems and obstacles and, as the case may be, can provide solutions to improve the situation of local organizations with the preservation of national interests .however, this research has paid as much attention to its mission as possible.
